Perfect for powder room

I bought this to replace a typical ceramic pedestal sink in my powder room. It was easy to put set up, but extremely confusing to buy online. For the grey option, they don't explicitly say the color of the countertop. It says quartz only. I assumed because this was not the white option (which does say, white quartz top) that this would have the other color top (calacatta). I was wrong. This has the white top, and I now have to return the calacatta backsplash piece i purchased, and exchange for white. In the specs, this also says it fits a 4in centerset faucet, wrong again. It has 3 holes, 8 in wide. I had to exchange the 4 in for a 3 piece/8 in faucet (sundae by Kohler fit perfect). So frustrating this listing does not have easy, accurate info on specs and parts.

Simple design. Shoddy craftsmanship/poor packaging

The Hearthaven style is nice to look at. The design is simple yet elegant. I purchased the 30" vanity at Lowe's online a year ago and it sat (box unopened) in my garage while I did other parts of a whole house reno. Didn't look at the package til it was time to install. It was damaged to the point of being completely unstable. The MDF stabilizing piece in the bottom is broken, and the sink (which isn't wrapped in enough packaging) came apart from the countertop fasteners which are bent. The store would not assist because it was outside their 30-day return policy. I was told to contact Kohler. Now I have this, in addition to completing a whole home remodel in the midst of supply chain issues.

I expected better quality for the price. There was a chip on the vanity and the stuff that covers the particle board has chips on the corners. Cheaply made bought pricier piece thinking it would be better.

Top drawer did not close properly. Screws would not attach legs. Installer spent an hour to get Kohler support - told to go out and buy new screws. Kohler offered refund for the screws as consolation. A few $ refund not worth the effort. Disappointing.

I was very disappointed with what I thought was a smart purchase. I went with a Kohler cabinet because I thought it would be a better quality. We had someone install it so it would be done correctly, but they found the top drawer brackets were upside down and the some screws were missing. Both tracks had to be repaired. We then noticed a crack on the side of cabinet. I certainly couldn't recommend this cabinet from my experience.
