Great product except for the change in production

I've used these rolls for years. I usually process 5-10 deer ayear and use this and allbyear on other things. Always satisfied. That uis until a couple years ago when they quit putting the cardboard tube in the center. When you get to the end of the roll the product becomes so wrinkled that it doesn't work as well. Very disappointing. I still use them but not happy with that part.

Have had a food saver sealer for several years and I have only used food saver vacuum seal rolls. Works great and i have no complaints.

To bag or not to bag

I love these bags. While you can make them with the rolls they are so much simpler to use and less waste. I use them in the fridge . I can use part of the contents and then just reseal the bag. In the freezer they stack well so the freezer stays organized.

Perfect if you hunt and/or fish

Your bags feed and hold up better than other brands. My husband hunts and fishes so we freeze a lot of meat every year. We would definitely recommend these rolls, love that we can determine the size we want.

Preserving avocados.

Bags work well. Almost by accident, I found out that you can prolong the freshness of avocados for weeks. Anyone frustrated by?How avocados turned block very quickly will love this tip. I found that by placing just barely ripened avocados in vacuum bags can preserve them for weeks. When they are just barely beginning to soften, put the whole, unpeeled avocados in vacuum sealer bags. You can't purchase several of them in one bag and seal them fairly tight. Is they will continue to ripen without turning black. They may begin to look a little shriveled, But they will still be fresh And tasty, but will still be green and appetizing looking. I was beginning to not want to buy avocados, because of they were always turning black and causing me to throw them away, but by putting them in the vacuum bags, this is no longer a problem. Try it. It really works. I have never seen this mentioned anywhere before.

Great invention

Use to put my frozen items in zip lock bags, then my daughter turned me on to the food sealer. Best thing that happened. Now all my meats stay nice for a much longer period. No more freezer burn.

I really enjoy that the bags are pre cut and a great size! I am not the biggest fan of the seal effectiveness, I wish it was easier to close each bag. They are nice and do hold a lot in them!
