This is a very substantial pan. The corners are curved for easy cleaning. It was just a tiny bit too big for my Viking 48” side by side oven. I used a grinder to take off one set of handles and now it fits. Highly recommend. There is an ultra version that is slightly bigger, and 10% more money, but it would not fit in my oven.

This roast pan is amazing!!!I love that it fits around 40 qts of food. It is also nice that it has side handles so it can be removed from the oveb very easily
Great investment for a medium sized kitchen. Fits over a 4 burner range allowing you to cook large quantity of soups or saute vegetables. Makes a great braising pot as well for pot roast and brisket!
