This is a very substantial pan. The corners are curved for easy cleaning. It was just a tiny bit too big for my Viking 48” side by side oven. I used a grinder to take off one set of handles and now it fits. Highly recommend. There is an ultra version that is slightly bigger, and 10% more money, but it would not fit in my oven.

Great investment for a medium sized kitchen. Fits over a 4 burner range allowing you to cook large quantity of soups or saute vegetables. Makes a great braising pot as well for pot roast and brisket!

this pan is nice for a large turkey or roast on a rack, its also thick enough to place on a gas range and fry in it. its well made and heavy duty. measure your oven to make sure it fits.

We are very pleased with this Vollrath 42 qt. heavy duty aluminum roasting pan. Be aware however that the weight is rather significant and will just barely fit in a standard size oven. That said, it is a great roasting pan that is nearly indestructible.

Need a Heavy duty roasting pan, well this is it. When they say heavy duty they aren't kidding its USA made and is but like it will last forever.

these are great for heavy duty roasting needs. I like them because i just throw the pan on the stove afterwards and deglaze and begin my sauce right in there!
