it's a sturdy hose reel. it does the job but assembly isn't shown well in instructions. i got it but took apart 3 times to get it right. i would recommend because it's heavy-duty

Good for 2 months

As water sat in this hose reel it rusted it from the inside out and now has become worthless. The internal tube connecting the water line to the house broke and can’t use it anymore.

Started rusting immediately

Easy to assemble, looked great, but started to rust after the first rain. Not worth the money!

handle will break for sure. should have 4 bolts instead of 2. very thin where handle slides in to main frame.

Overall concept is good. Build quality is at the lower end of the acceptable range. The reduced end of the tube sections that slot together for assembly were dimensional miss-matched resulting in very sloppy joints. This is particular noticeable on the the handle bar. If the dimensional tolerances were improved, it would be a very compelling item given the price.

I am happy with this purchase. It is for a garden hose but I use mine to manage my 100 foot electric cord. It holds the weight and the wheels make it easy to move around. This cart is lightweight but very tough. It was easy to assemble but you need room to do it. It was bigger than I thought which I am glad cuz the cord is very heavy but it handles the weight like a champ. 5 stars for a 5 star quality product.

I bought this because the wheels aren’t inflatable. Those seem to be good. But the item came with the central drum that holds the hoses dented badly. They gave me a $20 refund for that. The handle only has a single screw connecting it to the frame on each side which makes it move back and forth about 3-4” before moving the cart at all. In fact all of the frame joints are held together with only a single screw so they are weak. The package of hardware to put it together did not include all the hardware indicated in the instructions. The frame did not go together square so the wheels are not all touching the ground on every corner unless you load it with hose. The handle on the crank does not rotate on the crack so you have to hold it loosely to turn the drum. Finally, and worst, the hose connector on the frame leaked badly because the tube is not round—the part that rotates with the drum and connects to the short hose used to connect to the hose Bibb. I had good experience with some of Vevor’s products, but definitely not with this one. Would not recommend, even with the $20 refund I received.

Not a good buy

It seems like used, quality is as bad as you can imagine, it shakes like it’s falling apart, if it’s time consuming, I would return it. But I will try it tomorrow, if leaks I will return it. And the handle where you push the cart is NOT sturdy at all, 0 out 5 of i can, even the price, I know everything is expensive these days but this is not worth the price, don’t buy. Not recommend.

Very durable and easy to use wouldnlove to recommend as it values the price. I got detective part but it was immediately replaced by the team

Lighter weight so it moves when you start winding the hose in, especially on the initial wraps. Otherwise, seems adequate for the job.

We purchased 2 of them. One of them had a gasket completely melt from the sun leaving a leak that is unable to be fixed. Shouldn’t have happened after one month.

The tires are plastic. There was already some rust on the frame. Easy to put together. It is worth $68 (on sale) which I paid. Off sale price too high.The ad did not state it was a hose reel for pressure washer although it does hold my regular hose.
