Elevates the space!

I love this rug! The sample I ordered didn’t really do it justice because you couldn’t make out the pattern so well. But I went for the 9x12 anyway and was hoping that it will look like some other customer photos I had seen. Thrilled that it does! The color effect of the whole rug is darker than in the product website pictures. The khaki/tan shows up more in person. And I’m happy about that! Hope that will hide dirt more. 😊 customer service was also responsive to emails. Oh and Incredible Rugs had the best price on this rug that I’ve been eying for a while. I was originally looking to purchase from LuLu and Georgia but balked at their shipping cost. So glad I discussed Incredible Rugs! I added lots of pictures to help show the color. Hope that helps others.

It missed a full 5 star rating because it did not come on a cardboard roll, it came with an attempted roll which became folded and creased. I was replacing my last carpet for this exact reason. I am hoping the bends relax .

A good looking and cozy rug

This rug looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. The wool is very warm and cozy underfoot. I love it!

WOW factor

After months of looking this rug finally checked all the boxes and it is perfect. Understated but elegant texture and pattern. Slight shedding on first vacuuming. Couldn't be happier. Service was fast.

Great rug but........

The rug looks great. I am happy with the rug. The customer service pre=purchase was great. I didn't realize that curbside delivery means that I had to climb on the bed of the truck to unload the rug myself and bring the rug to the door myself. I called and the customer service person was not at all helpful and charged me extra $126 just to drop it off to the front door. If I would have known this in advance, I would have bought it from some other company where the delivery means dropping it to the front door.

Absolutely stunning.

This is a very good quality product, the base color is more neutral than it appears in the picture and the orange is more muted, sort of a copper feeling. Super nice addition to any mid century vibe.

IN the picture it looks a bit distressed. I looked back and it does not say that. The pink and blue kind of lead the way. Its titled light gray, but the pink is quite prevalent. I also should have measured, 2x3 is really small. It didn't work for my area as it had more oranges and burgandy. I gave it to a friend who LOVED it.

I’ve purchased various sizes of this rug in the past & get tons of compliments. . . We hav etc big dogs that have put one runnner through the ringer & it stands up better than I expected for the price. . . I love it , ugh quality look for a super reasonable price. . . We have two dogs,

The quality of the rug was not as expected though I guess for the price it is acceptable. I am, however returning because it smells like diesel or a strong another strong chemical even after a week and a 1/2 of airing it out.

Adds a nice pop of color and overall style update in our guest bathroom. The rug is soft, well made and feels nice underfoot on the padding we placed underneath to maximize plushness.

Laussy . it came damage , and the pattern is not well printed. . Want my money back . . . . It has 2 pleats that can’t be straithenthe pattern is not will printed anddamaged it has a pleat that cant straithen

Pretty rug, compliments my gray couch. I had to use our rug pad from the previous rug we had or it would have slipped around easily on the wood floor. Vacuums well which is important to me since we have 3 pups. We’ll see how it does over time. We have only had it for 1 week.

This rug goes perfectly in my space that I use for my office/TV room. The colors are gorgeous and the rug is soft on your feet. So happy with the way this rug pulls the room together :)
