Great Purchase!

My husband and I bought this for our kitchen island. It was really hard to pick which one to get as there are so many online to choose from. So we took a chance with this one and we couldn't be happier. It's pretty simple but we love everything about it, the size and shape of it is perfect, the white color is really pretty and very classy looking. It has great light, so much brighter than our previous ones. My husband had no problem installing it.

Kichler brushed nickel pendant light

I selected a pair of these lights for our entry area. They are beautiful! We had an electrician install them. That area of our house opens up to a living room/great room and kitchen. We previously had a Kichler ceiling fan in the same brushed nickel installed in the living room. While not in the same fixture family, the three fixtures compliment each other beautifully.

simple but really nice

Very nice fixtures that go with any decor. Not a "statement" light, but blends with everything. The one problem I had was that, although it states fine for sloped ceilings, it gets tricky if not impossible to hang more than one on a sloped ceiling and have them hang at the same height (like over an island or counter). The rods cannot be cut to necessary lengths because threads that connect them would be cut off. My wonderful handyman/electrician was able to use links from old chain lights to add to these at top so that they'd all hang the same length.

Nice pendant but odd texture on metal

Metal should be described as etched (crisscross) nickel and not brushed nickel. Nice design and good quality It is described as brushed nickel. But metal is not brushed. It is etched in a crisscross pattern, and did not match other brushed nickel items in our kitchen. I returned it.

Excellent Experience

The lights were perfect for our needs. Although it took quite a while for them to be delivered because of COVID related delays, we received them in good condition. We were kept abreast of the shipping status which we appreciated. The light were easy to install.

When we built our house, we foolishly opted for "canned" ceiling lights, which we disliked so much we never used them. Twenty years later, it was time to upgrade. We put up four of these in our kitchen and really liked the way they looked and shed light. So, we eyed the other six cans in our living room and decided to replace those, too. The lights come with two long and two short rods. We used one short in the kitchen, two long in the dining area, and one long and one short in the main living room. They look great! Be aware that "daylight" bulbs in these is REALLY bright. We went "soft white" and the effect was perfect. I just wish there were more lighting options in this particular line.

Quality fixture for Low Price

You would never know from this well made fixture, that this pendant was so reasonably priced! It's the perfect size over my breakfast bar, has multiple extension rods to allow for installation at the appropriate height, and can be dimmed or brightened as needed. Someone was requesting a photo on the cover over the junction box, so I have attached some.

We have Kichler lights in our kitchen, dining room, and now bathroom! Very stylish, high quality lights for the price. Nice design, good light output. Coordinating items available in same product line Wish extender rods came in different lengths.
