Had a contractor but they loved the quality. My request for brushed nickel handles was honored and installation was easy. Highly recommended.

Great vanity! It took some time to arrive at the store but we'll worth the wait! Good quality, soft close drawers and doors are awesome. The quartz counter is heavy and very nice!

A really well-built piece using all real wood components. Installation was easy with the open cabinet back.Finish looks great on the cabinet. I had one tiny blemish on the included backsplash but not worth the hassle of dealing with it.

Looks great…solid piece and will go nicely into the bathroom renovations!

Marble counter is too soft

I’ve had this for a year. We’ve had marble in our kitchen for years so I know to be very careful, but can already see that I’ll have to replace the counter at some point in the future. It gets dings just from setting things on it and already has a few chips by the sink’s edge. Don’t know how the other counter options hold up, but the I would not recommend choosing the marble option

I had it installed and it seemed to go smoothly. Very well made product. I may swap the hardware to chrome. Probably will get another in the Spring for my other bathroom unless there’s a major saw before them.?

Abysmal shipping, customer service is even worse

I ordered this 49 inch Hepburn vanity. It looked nice,, but i can't say for sure...It was shipped from Long Beach, CA to Tucson, AZ and made a stop in Pennsylvania and then Rhode Island prior to I arriving in AZ. After 3 weeks and a 5600 mile journey the vanity was delivered to the wrong address where it apparently disappeared.

The Ariel vanity is made of higher quality material than others I considered and was very well packed for shipping with a pallet and layers of cardboard/plastic etc that protected the cabinet from any dents or scratches. It did have an unusual odor upon arrival but that faded after a while so isn’t an issue. The thickness of the counter may be a little more than standard so our plumber had make some adjustments to attach the faucet I had ordered online.The counter cleans easily and doesn’t stain even with blood drop left over night on the white countertop. The drawers do require a little more tug to open them than our previous cabinet but I love the soft close feature and sturdy construction.

Absolutely Love it! The height is perfect. The soft close feature is awesome. I had installed 2 weeks ago. Lets see how well it will hold up. The only issue I found was paint chipped off some of the pull handles.

Love the vanity Fits right in and looks great the only issues was the marble top was cracked when we received it. We called Home Depot who connected us to the manufacturer. In speaking with them the manufacturer was great about getting us a replacement for it. We opted to get a quartz top as opposed to the marble one. This way we might avoid another broken top. The quartz top was delivered with no issues. Very happy with everything

I am a contractor and am reworking several areas of my own house to ready it for sale. I bought this unit on line and paid no attention to its height. I am just over 5'11" tall, my wife is 5'2". She almost has to stand on a stool to use the basin. I too find it uncomfortably high. If we were staying in this house it would be coming out and get replaced by a unit around 32" high. Other than that, its a very nice cabinet with excellent drawer slides. The top is soft and will be marked up quickly by the next owners, I am quite sure. Overall tho its much nicer than most I've seen at this price
