This is my first time writing a negative review for anything in my life, but this product and the service by Wayfair is unacceptable here. The bar has repeatedly fallen off the wall. A licensed contractor installed it and other handy men have come out at least three times to fix it, to no avail. Last time, I was told that the mounting mechanism is defective. It fell again this week. When I called Wayfair, they told me there was nothing they could do about it because it was over the 30 day warranty. But, the bar did not fall off the wall during the first thirty days. I was told I should have bought the extended warranty. When I asked how much that would have been for a towel bar, Abigail told me $12.00 which is close to 30 percent of the purchase price. Additionally, who would expect a need to buy an extended warranty on a towel bar. If I could give this product a zero I would, but since I cannot, this is receiving a one star. I have made a lot of purchases through Wayfair and was surprised and disappointed by their claim that there is nothing they can do about this now. No replacement, no refund - nothing. I am unlikely to purchase from Wayfair again.

Nice heavyweight towel rack. Deep enough to comfortably store double towels but doesn’t stick out too far.

Perfect addition to our guest bathroom at the Bay House. This is a sturdy towel rack and looks great with the other polished nickel fixtures in the bathroom!

Although it looks great, it isnt suited for my 3 boys to use in the bathroom it is in. The bars keep coming loose and falling out.

Just as pictured; very high quality look. Very functional. The bar spins as you lift towel off - not sure if that's supposed to happen, but it's fine.

This is absolutely beautiful quality, and a lovely finishing touch. We bought all matching Heritage accessories for a bathroom renovation, and they are just lovely.

I purchased this to replace a single towel bar and needed to match the bronze fixtures that were in my bathroom. It worked perfect. Only reason for not giving it five stars was that it’s not the over the top Beverly Hills of towel bars, but it certainly is well made and works well!

Love these - we use bath sheets so we only put one towel on it but it dries so much faster when hung over the double rod!
