I love this place...but I have a mild complaint...

I misordered. It's my fault. But I misordered due to the fact that the photo that accompanies this product appears to have no overflow opening whatsoever, which is what I actually wanted. But, I am guilty of not reading further downwards on the description, where it clearly says "Overflow". My bad. Now I am stuck With $12.00+ worth of return shipping cost or put it in stock where I'll move it another 50 times in my lifetime and probably not use it

Drains at church

Four of the América. Standard drains did not have “American Standard” engraved on them, while the first three did. Otherwise, they work well in the installation.

Complete Disaster

Your website had the wrong picture for this part posted. So when the part came, it looked incorrect. Build.com was quick to send me replacement after replacement. Before I was THE ONE to figure out that you had the wrong picture associated with the item on your website. That's why I thought I was getting the wrong thing.
