A Little Disappointed

I liked the adjustment options on the chair. However, it did not feel like there was much cushion on the seat. I returned it.

The chairs are a little lower, which I didn't realize at the time of purchase. But the fact that these can support up to 660 pounds is good to know for a vacation rental.

I order office chair and wonderful experience from start to finish this includes the young lady who put it together for me.

Very comfy, sturdy. Easily stuck double comfortable finish. Would recommend to anybody looking for a few extra chairs.

Je suis très déçu du service. Tout d’abord, on m’a envoyé le mauvais modèle et on a ajouté les accoudoirs dans la boîte sans rien pour les fixer. J’ai fais affaire avec leur service après-vente. On me transfère d’une personne à l’autre sans savoir si finalement ils vont m’envoyer les pièces manquantes.

not actually very comfortable, all the adjustments are nice but for $500 or whatever it costs i would look elsewhere! i returned mine and went with the basic staples hyken chair

Very comfortable chair. Perfect for my home office. I like that you can adjust height and tilt lock. Highly recommend it.

Black Fabric Adjustable Rolling Office Chair

Love this chair. Obviously bought it for a work at home situation. It has 3 ways to adjust the chair for your personal comfort. Best part is that is swivels and rolls. Once I go back to work it will become my sewing chair.

Extremely uncomfortable

The most uncomfortable chair I've ever used. I just could not find a comfortable position no matter how I tried to situate myself. Cushions are very stiff. It caused some serious back pain when used for even short periods of time. The fabric is very coarse and abrasive and certainly won't last long. It showed some signs of wear after three weeks of use. I have already replaced it with another model after not quite a month. I just couldn't take it. Too bad I'm out the $.

I like this chair a lot.

This chair is very sturdy and generally comfortable. After about 3-4 hours of sitting (I'm a student) it does leave a little soreness on my butt, but perhaps that's because it isn't broken in. (I'm writing this review after only one week with it.) It does have a waterfall seat (slanting down) as another reviewer mentioned but that has an adjustment knob on the bottom so you can slant it upward. Good lower back support (even if the cushion is still a bit stiff) and it rolls and swivels smoothly as well as having quieter wheels on my wood floor. Assembly was easy and an allen wrench comes with it. If you're having it delivered to your home it is a strapped box that is best handled by two people.

Excellent chair

Love that the arms lower for my longer arm length and the adjustable lumbar support height for my higher frame. The high quality of the chair exceeded our expectations and the chair was very easy to assemble.

Chair Review

Good -chair is big and comfortable. Moves easy and the arm rests are nice.Bad - the chair does not rise up or down very much. It sits lower to the ground than I would prefer when raised up as high as possible.

Comfortable, we particularly like the handy 3 position adjustments... up/down, seat tilt, back tilt. Feels good.

Perfect For An All Day Sitting Job

I love the chair and will recommend it to all my colleagues at work; thanks. I also have a suggestion for the fabric; it seems to be pilling easily and everything sticks to it. If you have a connection to the manufacturer, I'd suggest covering these chairs with a more compact and smooth fabric; not so fuzzy. Definitely, fabric though, because on leather or vinyl I slide around too much and it ges too hot against my body. Other than that, it's perfect!!! Very comfortable, adjustable in every way that's important for a good sitting posture and all day back (and bottom) support.
