Comfortable chair for taller individuals. I'm 5'6" and the seat bottom is too long. My lower back doesn't make full contact with the seat back because of the length of the lower cushion. The chair is well padded and looks nice. I gave the chair to my son who is 6' and he finds it very comfortable.

Bought the chair for my husband he is a Pastor and using the chair for about 2 to 3 weeks only on Friday and Sunday.Very dissatisfied because the chair fabric is crunching to the center of the chair and fabric is coming out and tore inside the side of the chair .To pay so much really expected a better quality.Tried to see if you can replace it or refund but was told that if I didn’t have the original box it can’t be sent back!!I asked if they can replace chair and then send the chair in the box that the chair would come in and said it couldn’t be done!!Loved the chair but would love the chair to be in great quality,,☹️☹️☹️☹️

Very poor quality. Will be returning. Chair isnt level and wobbles at the base. Tufting is inconsistent. Poorly made.

This chair looks very elegant and seems very durable. I thought it would be more comfortable. I have to use a back cushion for additional lumbar support. Also, height adjustment does not go high enough. Seems a bit low with a normal height desk.

Extraordinarily uncomfortable

Overall this chair looks reasonable, however, the design is not well thought out. The headrest portion is oversized and sticks out quite a bit. I am a 6' 3" guy and the effect of this is that my shoulder are pushed foreword, and my back can barely touch the base of the chair (ie no lumbar support). The chair forces me to hunch foreword and is overall painful for my neck and back.

Good Chair but thought I was buying American. When the solicitor call they couldn't speak English well enough to understand, but the chair arrived ontime and in good shape.

Chair broke

I bought this chair a year ago and when it was delivered there were parts missing. Today, the wood that holds the baseplate on to the chair just snapped and the chair is useless. I thought I was getting a much better chair than this for the price I paid for it.

Poor Quality - Stay Away

This chair broke after 2 months of light use. The wood that connects the chair to the base plate snapped. Customer service was useless...
