The product themselves is great! The APEC website is not so great. I purchased these filters on a Saturday and the shipping said I could receive next day shipping, but it would cost me $45.00. I accepted and paid the $45.00. I did not receive my filters until Tuesday night which was 3 days later. I complained to APEC and they indicated that they don't work the weekends which is why I received the filters on Tuesday. My question is why they would allow for next day shipping on a Saturday, if they cannot fulfill that promise. I never received a refund of my $45.00 even though I only received ground shipping. Lame situation all around. Product good, website not so good.

Great unit

I have been happy with the quality of the water but, because I live in Canada ,I will not be buying replacement filters for this unit as the difference in US and Canadian money makes it very expensive. As soon as the filters are done I will be buying a Canadian water filter so I can afford to buy other filters.

Ok. I need to change my RO filters so I bought this awesome pack of filters to cover me for the whole year. Smart right? So my wife is bugging me to actually change the filters.... I don’t need to be reminded every week. I’d appreciate it if Lowe’s would back off a little. I’ll get it done soon, jeez. Anyway, I gotta go, my neighbor is coming over with home made bread....so....

I love APEC drinking water! Water quality in my area is worsening annually. I don't worry about it I just change my filters a little more often - about every 4 months is necessary on stages 1-3 to maintain the volume my family uses.
