The chair was fairly easy to assemble. The adjustability is excellent - chair height, seat tilt, back tilt, back height, and arm rest height, making for a comfortable fit. Only a few months old, so still waiting to see how well it holds up.

This chair is extremely comfortable. Very adjustable for the perfect fit. For this price, I would expect less, but this chair delivered!
Perfectly above average
Super easy to assemble. Sturdy, heavy in a good way. Arm height is adjustable, which is main reason I bought this. It’s a bonus that the seat angle is adjustable as well. Seat cushion is thick and supportive. The back leaves a little to be desired, not much support. I use a pillow behind my back and is good. Overall a good chair and I would recommend.
Good but time limited
This chair is comfortable and very adjustable. This is my second one, because I like the chair. But it won't last more than a couple of years. Mesh on back starts breaking through on the bottom left and right sides, hydraulic piston doesn't always work right, adjustment for back height broke a long time ago, and now one of the two wheels on 1 of the 5 casters routinely falls off. But again - I like the chair, so I reordered - LOL.
Smaller seat
This chair has a nice thick density foam seat. It was the main criteria for ordering this chair. I find most lower price chairs have thinner softer foam. There are three adjustable settings. The seat is narrower than another office chair we purchased, but should fit a medium size adult. The seat is narrower therefore the armrest are closer together. It comes in a smaller box than our other chairs due to the seat mechanism not already attached to the foam seat. There is a little more assembly but it was easy to put together. For under 120, it’s much better than what you can find at the office stores. The other chair we purchase was the Alera Elusion.
Great comfort for the price!
It's really comfortable and makes working from home so much better! Fully adjustable and ergonomic, which is great for those of us 40+!
Disappointing
FedEx delivered the chair and didn’t follow the directions. They left it outside the door in a high crime area which was not where it was supposed to go. I’m lucky it was there when I got home. Disappointing… BUT the chair is perfect!
