Beautiful fan

I've been looking for a metal pedestal fan. I read the reviews and they were mostly good. My only complaint is that when it's moved around a lot that I have to retighten the bottom part. As far as how it works it's fantastic! It moves a lot of air. I love that it has a setting for a breeze! It pulses and delivers short little breezes. I use it in the kitchen when cooking because it cools everything down including me! Overall this is a great fan and it fulfills exactly what I was looking for.

Nice looking fan

This fan is not as powerful as I thought it would be. It is fairly quiet. I wish it had more range as far as the height and tilt adjustment go because it is hard to get it to hit something at ground level. It is a very nice looking fan. Putting it together was a little challenging with the tiny screws, but we managed. I do not like the breeze setting, very erratic.

Ehh just ok

2 month owner and this thing isnt that good. I probably just got a defective one. But mine doesnt stay tilted in the air. In about 5 minutes of running it goes all the way down blowing air at the bed lol. Just a pain to return because i dont have box anymore. Worst 100 bucks I spent in a while.

The fan is beautiful. It replaced a clanky old white plastic one that i use in the livingroom year round, so its highly visible to myself and guests, ive already had compliments. Its whisper quiet on the lower settings, built to last, every bit including the blades are solid metal. its truly a copper colored finish, and tge remote is very handy to have belong side my chair......buy it!

Excellent fan. The shut down time can be set in 30 minute intervals up to 7.5 hrs. That's great for circulating heat from my fireplace area into surrounding rooms and will shut off overnight when the fire dies down.

When I ordered this fan a couple of weeks ago I was thrilled! Until 3 parts to the fan were missing! I went to the Home Depot in Downey, Calif and told Customer Service what happen, they couldn't get the right parts for my fan so instead they called the Holmes Company for me. I spoke with the Customer Service Rep about this issue and she told me step by step on what to do, as far as getting the parts mailed and delivered to me. First I had to take pics of each part of the fan then submit my first and last name and plus my delivery address. The Holmes Company received all of this through the e-mails I sent to them. The last e-mail I received from them was that they are gonna ship it on August 12 of this month and it'll take 5-10 business days for me to receive it. I went right back to Home Depot Again! To return the item for a full refund!! I told the lady who works there that I will not be waiting a whole entire month for the parts to this fan to be delivered! I am so sick and tired of paying for everyone else's screw ups! And besides it's Holmes fault for these missing parts not being packaged into the box with the rest of the fan!! And not only that it is Hot As HELL IN MY HOUSE!! While everyone else is cool, I was melting like a freaking snow cone in Phoenix!!! ??

I FREAKING LOVE THIS THING. I was missing a piece to snap it together but it’s not necessarily needed. It’s so sleek and the color perfectly fits the aesthetics of my room. Not too heavy. Nice powerful breeze with some good settings. You can’t beat the price, really. Just go for it!! You won’t be disappointed. Promise!

I own the older style. Nichael crome version. 5 star. This style is a more new modern twist. Also 5 star. Old style you can not find anymore. Bought Target 50.00 few years ago. Modern style basically double in price. Digital style. Basically same fan. 5 stars both styles.

Nice looking kinda rose colored floor fan

Wow! This fan is really great! I am pleased with my purchase. It looks exactly as shown. Works great! Assembly not bad... Has a remote control.i love the pretty copper/rose gold color. Has several modes and features.

I have to start by saying that I rarely give "5 stars" for ANY product, but this fan has certainly surpassed my expectations. My original fan (a tower fan that most of it blew into the mattress or under the bed) was NOTHING compared to this Holmes Adjustable Height 16 in. Oscillating Chrome 3 Speed Digital Stand Fan with Remote Control (I'm glad they had a short title)! This fan, due to its' adjustable capabilities, actually blows ALL of the air on us as we sleep!! It also provides the right amount of "white noise" to sleep by. Being 6'4", the remote control makes it easier to operate without having to bend over and make selections on the control panel. All in all, I am VERY HAPPY with this purchase...and you will be too.

This Chrome fan works very well and is a simple, straightforward design. This provides a good level of air with 3 levels available. I really like that there is a timer feature, but wish I could set it for other options than just 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours. They are a good range, but would like some others in between. This oscillates nicely and is like you would expect. I wish I could adjust the range, but overall it covers well. The included remote is a nice addition. This was also easy to put together.

This Holmes 16" chrome fan has really been put to work in the month that we've had it. As soon as it arrived, my husband put it together. Assembly was simple and took less than 10 minutes. At first I was only impressed with how nice it looked but when we began a home improvement project a few days later, I was equally impressed with how cool the fan kept the room. There is also an accompanying remote which is really convenient, especially if you're laying in bed and don't want to get up. We like to watch TV before bed and it's so nice to be able to stay in bed and use the remote to turn the fan on when it's time to sleep. There are two modes: one for sleeping and one called "breeze." Breeze mode is what we used during our home renovations and we love sleep mode at night! It's a gentle white noise that isn't too loud or distracting. The fan is really sturdy and doesn't rattle. The sound of the fan is soothing no matter what mode you choose. I'm getting one of these beauties for my mom, who lives in the desert and needs help with keeping her house cool and air circulation. This fan is well worth the price!

There are so many amazing things about this fan. Let me preface by saying the chrome was not my first choice, but after receiving it and getting everything put together, I've gotta say it is growing on me. It reminds you of the old school diners that had the juke boxes on the table. But anyway, this fan has so many great features, my favorite of which being a sleep setting. There are several lengths you can set it for. It's reasonably quiet and the air will travel all through out the room!! Did I mention it's remote control operated as well!! The chrome finish is nice in that it is very easy to keep clean. Do your self a favor and buy this

[Rewarded Review] Breeze! Top speed Breeze!!

This fan has all the features you need! What else could you ask for? To start with how efficient this fan is, especially as the fan itself is made out of metal which increases its overall speed. For example, there are three-speed modes. Low, Med, and Hi. I would say the speed mood Low is more than enough for a breeze. The Med Speed feels like high speed and a lot of breezes, even though it’s med. Then there’s Hi, which is super powerful! What I mean is that you could be 20 to 30 feet away from the fan and still feel a strong breeze from a distance. I like how there are features such as “Breeze and Sleep” to control the type of modes when you’re needing a little breeze or whether you just need a light breeze while you’re sleeping. The timer is a plus in the overall feature, as it time for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours. The overall setup was very easy and straight to point with its directions. The design looks very modern and can easily fit into any type of theme. Not sure what else to ask for in a fan, as it's packed with awesome features enough to satisfy your needs to cool off.

I love this fan! It was easy to assemble and the chrome looks so stylish! I have gotten several compliments on it. I love having a remote, so I can adjust it from the couch or when I'm in bed. One pleasant surprise was the "breeze" function, which turns the fan motor on and off, resulting in a very pleasant breeze feeling. This is a feature I've never seen on other models. It also of course is multi-speed, rotates, has adjustable height, and a sleep timer. Overall, a great fan!

[Rewarded Review] Nicest fan I’ve owned

This fan took me about 20 minutes to assemble. The whole time I was amazed at the quality of this fan. Everything went together with no issues. The remote is a nice touch but it has to be pointed directly at the fan to work. It’s got more settings than most air conditioners. And the best part is it really moves air! The one con I’ve noticed so far is when I put it on its highest setting, It last about 5 minutes then drops to medium speed. I’ve checked and there’s no timers or anything set. Overall this thing rocks.

It's working great so far. Setup was an easy process even for one person, and only required a screwdriver for a handful of screws, but even those were in minimal places. While not a huge fan, it puts out a good amount of air even on the low, and the remote is definitely a plus for changing settings as needed. Between the solid, wide base and the included weight, there's no stability issues whatsoever even on high. Feature wise, I like the timer option and can see it coming in handy in multiple ways in the future, but while interesting, I haven't personally used breeze and sleep other than trying them out. I'd definitely recommend it and get it again.
