Horrible, poorly manufactured where the front glass facing did not fit covering the control buttons and leaving a noticeable inch gap. I contacted the seller and have yet to get a response.

I would have been better off flinstoning one together VS buying this and trying to follow its instructions. I've seen better materials used in cardboard forts than what I received. The fireplace is nice but the boards and shelving that came with are definitely the throw aways from the factory it seems

The fireplace insert arrived first 2 days later the stand the only thing about that is u dont get a second tracking so you know when its coming.. it was easy to put together the directions where clear and easy to understand would definitely recommend...

I had the technician's visit scheduled for today between 2 pm and 3:30 pm and still no one has contacted me

Disappointed

I opted for the larger size and idk what these ppl are taking about, it was a PAIN to assemble. 2 major issues! The doors that I received are not shiny they are dull and cheap looking but on top of that they came with the latch holes ON THE WRONG SIDE!!! The latch holes are on the paint side instead of the inner brown side (which is the only piece that even has a brown side). So if I attached them it would be tacky brown doors. Weird inside out looking. I reached out to the seller we will see if it’s corrected. I believe I was sent the wrong doors. I need the shiny ones. The way it looks now I shouldn’t have paid more than $250 for it. Especially not over $400. It says not to use a drill but there are no holes to attach the fireplace to the unit! Or the lights to the unit. It had adhesive so hopefully it stays that way bc no way was I going to see well enough to drill holes in that little space. (Lights came with screws). The fireplace is nice aesthetically but the heater is loud and doesn’t put out much heat. Yey me!! $400 and no way I’m dismantling and repackaging for a return. **sigh** Hey if you put this together alone, get ready for a PAIN!!

Beautiful Fireplace TV Stand

I love this Fireplace TV stand. It comes in 2 packages. The 2nd one came the day after the 1st. Assembly was straight forward. Easy instructions. My daughter and I did it together. The fireplace comes with a remote and fake firewood bar and crystals. I kept the wood bar inside. My living room is pretty big and open , so I'm not sure if it will heat up the room. It does kick out a good amount of heat. The LED lights are fun and brings life to the look. It can be controlled by an app you download to your phone using the scan code in rhe directions. The wood is cheap wood but thick and sturdy and once together looks of good quality.

Missing TV stand

I just received my order today but it only includes a single package of fire place.The tv stand is missing.does it come on separate deliveries?any number to call?

this item does not have the fire place insert. i purchased this item and paid for their assistance to put it together. don't get this service, i was told they don't have pros in the area of mcalester to put this together. and since the fireplace insert was missing, they could not even send the missing part out to me. don't bother getting it or their assistance to put it together. they cancelled on me 4 times.

The cabinet was broke when we received it, tried for a month to get a shipping label and refund. They kept telling me to send pictures of the broken pieces and they would replace. I informed them that I wanted a refund NOT a replacement. Worst customer service! Letting my credit card company sort it out. If I could give them negative stars I would!
