Supply House did a great job with seamless order and delivery. I replaced a programmable thermostat with this Honeywell product. It came with really good instructions on how to properly connect wiring on any 2,4,5,7, 8 and other variables for different systems. My system is a 7 wire for 2H/1C Heat Pump. After properly connecting the wires and placing power on, I ran through the different cool/heat modes to test. The system cooled and turned on Emergency heat strips simultaneously. Once I performed the 'Installer Setup', all worked fine. Must be done!

Good Thermostat

The FocusPro line of stats is one of the best IMHO. The screen is easy to read, the buttons respond well, and it is easy to wire up. I installed this for my brother after his old thermostat stopped adjusting the temperature. He likes it and his landlord liked the price.

The thermostat boxes are shipped sitting in the bottom of the shipping box. No protection for shipping.

Great item

Couldn't find one in any one of the local stores in the area, with an Auxiliary Heat light option, so I ended up buying it online. Easy to install and to use, especially without having to deal with all programmable settings that are really necessary. The best part about it is that it does not require batteries.
