Difficult to install

We are disappointed that this product arrived with a broken part. I contacted Houzz and sent photos of the damaged part, but have still not heard back from Houzz customer service. We are a little frustrated.

Large towel bar that easily holds two bath sheets. Beautiful finish and quality. Very sturdy and looks great!

Clean design, nice finish

Nice looking, straightforward to install - as long as you look at the template carefully and realize they only cover the 18" and 24" sizes. My only complaint is that the towel bar itself is is a little flimsy for a 30' span. This was not inexpensive so I expected the towel bar to be as substantial as the posts.
