A whole new world.

Had a new walk in shower replace our old Tub Shower. The new headwear was all MOEN brand. We had always wanted a rainfall shower head. My wife loves the shower wand feature. We love the extra large shower head and the feel of the entire unit. Its amazing, We love the unit

Rain-like pressure

The water flow is very soft (rain-like). I love the extra long hose for the handheld head. It was a great buy as a close out model. So far I will keep it, though I would prefer a stronger water pressure.

Makes a terrible sound when on the larger head

I’ve used a few different kinds of shower heads over the years but the is the only one that makes a terrible noise. Sounds like the water is hitting a piece plastic. It only stops when I switch it to the other smaller head. I’ve taken it off, loosened it, tightened it, make sure the seal on the inside was seated properly, etc etc. Will be returning and using the one I’ve had for years.

For such a costly showerhead, this one was a great disappointment. I uninstalled it and bought a water pic. Instead, there’s barely any water flow in the showerhead and the water restrictor cannot be removed. If I hadn’t discard of the packaging, I would be returning it.

In theory, I like this shower head. In practice, though, it’s just not enough pressure coming thru it to even be considered massage. It’s as if a puppy was peeing on you…only softer

The shower head works great. What sucks about this product...

The shower head works great. What sucks about this product is when you tighten down the nut the head still turns so when you go to put back the shower head on the holder the whole head piece moves. There should be a set screw on the head to prevent this. If your OCD is in check then the turning wobble head won’t bother you too much

This thing is terrible. Very little water pressure and rotates to the right from the weight of the wand

I like this shower head, but the roller is misleading...

I like this shower head, but the roller is misleading because ergonomically it doesn't work easily on the contours of a human body. I will probably not really use it. That part is disappointing because I imagined it would be similar to getting a massage, but it is not. Trust me. It's "meh".
