Easy to install and a great combination of a rainshower and regular shower head...and it's selectable, each spray seperate or together. Highly recommend.

water sprayed out of the back of the hose on the top head, where the hose is inside the housing, not at the connection point, also the magnet head kept falling off its' magnetic hold.

Missing the washers for the hose connections. Contacted Moen customer support and replacement parts (free) are to be delivered to my home in 7-10 days. Timeframe of receiving washers is a frustration, however the main showerhead is usable and we can still take showers.

I did not install this in my new remodeled bathroom. It works great, the water pressure is perfect. Very happy with it.

Handheld showers

My wife & bought 2 handheld showers and they do exactly what we expect.

Installation was simple.

Decreased water pressure

Loved this shower head until. Water pressure has decreased substantially. Turn the water on...pressure is "okay", then decreases to half. Have had this for a couple years. Not very happy we need to replace this Moen model shower head every two years. Very frustrating.

Easy installation, many different settings and combinations between the two heads. The shut off button comes handy. The magnetic hold is great. Can’t go wrong with Moen, they always have great customer service!

Cheap plastic fixture. Missing the washers from the package. First use hose had multiple pinhole leaks all through out it. Absolute garbage.

Very easy to assemble.. had it for a year now, no issues at all! The magnet holds hand held in place. I bought the black one, it reminds me of Star Wars...

Plastic garbage and MOEN's product support is a joke. THe two orings for the hose were not included in the box and the hose pin hole leaks all through out it. Called MOEN and they need pics of receipt , photos of the product and five other hoops to go through. Will neve buy a MOEN product again.

This shower is great! Our old shower head was gradually becoming crusty from the hard water we have and we were constantly having to clean it every few months. The controls changing the spray patterns or the extension sprayer were getting very hard to turn. This model has a lever control and the wand sprayer has a on/off button which is very nice.

Looks nice, but plastic

I thought it would be metal, but it is plastic. My bigger complaint is that I started to assemble it, but it is missing a washer. I hooked it up and it of course leaks without said washer. I am not sure if someone tampered with it and took one out, the box was not taped shut but looked to be unopened. I am annoyed I have to drive back to Home Depot and buy a 25 cent washer, but other than that it looks like it will be a nice shower head.

The top sprayer only has one stream. Both head have a very soft spray.

Do not buy- minimal water pressure

I have recently returned this showerhead after using it for over a month. This showerhead has hardly any water pressure and you cannot take it off The water saver feature that it brags about. It has hardly any water pressure and you cannot rinse products out of your hair. even on the strongest setting, it is pretty useless.

Easy install. It's just too big for our shower. Water pressure is significantly reduced when trying to run both shower heads. Perhaps there's a flow restrictor that can be removed but I'll be returning it to try and find a more compact versatile shower faucet.

I’m really enjoy my new Moen shower head. I enjoy using both shower heads and it is easy to switch the type of water flow
