I've had this fountain for over 5 years and it works great. I love that I can put the ceramic parts in the dishwasher. My cats love drinking from it too. Highly recommend.

my cat loves this fountain. shes pretty picky about water but she drinks from this all the time. and the best thing is- it’s so hefty that she can’t knock it over like her water dishes.

My dog loves it!

My dog just loves this fountain! It encourages her to drink more which is what we wanted! It is such a pretty fountain too and looks so expensive but was so reasonable! Great purchase!

My cats absolutely love this fountain! It is very quiet and easy to clean. The parts are easy to replace and you can even get parts from the company. I had ordered a second one recently and it came broken, but the company sent another one out after just one email! Will always be getting this fountain

Please sell replacement filter holders separately!

I have used other pet fountains before - plastic, stainless steel, ceramic and I like ceramic best.

Excellent Fountain

I've had this fountain for three years without any issues. My cats are super spoiled—I clean the fountain daily (to remove the slime) and change the water twice a day. I replace the charcoal filter every 2-3 weeks and the foam filter every 2 months. Monthly, I disassemble the motor to clean the insides, and I use a toothbrush to clean the rubber grommet on top. I considered making a YouTube video about how I clean it, but someone has already done it. If you're thinking about buying this, I recommend it, and iPettie didn't pay me to write this. Maybe they should! 😊

Our ceramic cat fountain arrived shattered.

I have contacted ipettie multiple times now and have not received a response in solving this. If someone can please contact me I would greatly appreciate it.

Silent Fountain

This is the 3rd ceramic water fountain my cat has owned. She liked all three, but I, her servant, like this one the best because it’s virtually silent (unlike last two) and if I need a replacement pump, they are easy to find. This fountain does come with an extra pump so I’m sure we’ll be good for quite a while.

Kits love it!

Both kitties are drawn to drink from the fountain! So glad to know they are getting enough water since have had cats in the past which had problems with urinary crystals.

This is my second one. The first one I bought is a little bit bigger and definitely a lot quieter. These are still at the top for quality and safety for your pets.

Outstanding Pet Water Fountain

Excellent quality and very quiet.

Great but can break

My cats love it. The fountain works great, and it’s fairly easy and straightforward to clean. Also, it’s easy to get new pump filters when needed. The only reason it loses one star is because it’s relatively expensive and easy to break. I bought a new fountain after accidentally dropping a pole on the old one.
