Disappointed

I love the trashcan. My problem is with the free order absorbance that was to be sent to me as a gift when I purchased the trashcan over a year ago and I’ve never received it.

The motion sensor works perfectly every time. Size is perfect for a standard garbage bag that allows you to fill the bag fully.

This is a perfect size in my kitchen and love the idea of not having to lift the lid, just wave your hand over it and it opens and after a moment it shuts automatically. And no fingerprints to wipe clean.

Lid did not fit trash can. Can is uneven on bottom, does not sit flat. Dissapointed as the can is nice looking.

Better than the 13-gallon round sensor trash can

My ITouchless 13 gallon sensor trash can stopped working after 10+ years so I replaced it with the manufacturer's similar style. However, that round can did not have the width of the older model. It is tall and narrow, and it is difficult to pull out a full load of trash. I then ordered this model which has a wider opening and am pleased enough, but this can also does not quite measure up to my older model.

I love this trash can with its squared off appearance and wheels, it looks nice in my kitchen. My husband was concerned that it's too small and we (he, lol) would be emptying the trash bag more frequently than before but I haven't noticed much a change with that. Being wheeled makes it so convenient to sweep around and move wherever needed. I use mine with an adapter as opposed to batteries and I really do prefer that to the whole battery purchasing/changing thing, and the adapter has been very dependable no problems with it. I opted to save money and go for a "non" iTouchless adapter because they are costly, not recommending that for anyone else but I saw no difference in performance so I went for a cheaper one and so far I'm glad I did. Comes with an odor control system and what that means is there's a carbon odor filter in a little pouch that you insert into a compartment on the inside of the lid and it's supposed to eliminate trash odors but for me it only really works when there aren't any really bad smelling things in there in the first place but the filter doesn't handle stinky trash well in my opinion, best to just change out the garbage bag as usual. All in all a great purchase.

I had one of these cans for 10 years. It finally broke (dropped the lid). Replacement is as good if not better than the last.

Customer service was very prompt in sending a new lid to us when we received ours damaged. We bought this to keep our dog from getting into the garbage. Works great. Only downside is that you have to buy batteries for it, otherwise the power cable is sold completely separate.

This garbage can was hit with shrink faltion or it may be a China thing !!!! It is no way going to hold 13 gallons of trash!!! I bought it for my kitchen garbage can. But now it going in the Laundry Room!!! On the plus side it looks nice and works!!! But it is absurd to have to buy the A/C adapter separately!!!! It’s a ridiculous scam!!! But I should be use to it !!! That’s how Wayfair rolls!!! Thanks Wayfair (NOT)

I ordered this trash can for the modern look of it. It wasn’t worth my money. Put batteries in , it never worked. Didn’t send back because I discarded the box.waste of money.

Functional, almost elegant, trash can.
