Not as Expected
I ordered these housing since I could not find a 5” shallow remodel led housing. The product appears well constructed. However there are two critical issues: the clips do not hold the housing firmly in place, so the can can shift causing a gap around the narrow lip of the housing. Also the led wire connector is the female end, not the male end. All Led trims have female connectors, so they cannot be connected to this can. This is obviously an manufacturing error. Too bad Halo doesn’t make a 5” shallow remodel can!
