My husband bought this and he was able to assemble it without any problem. He said It is very sturdy and was very happy with it. He loves it so much that he wants to get a second one.

Not what I ordered

The box displayed the bookcase I ordered but inside the box was a small five cube shelf with a whole bunch of styrofoam. If it was a return from another customer shouldn’t someone weigh or check the contents before shipping it out again? Was not happy at all

Better than peer products

I'm not a fan of assemble-at-home engineered wood furniture. But, as with Pap John's, I somehow keep buying it. That being said, I found that the overall quality and assembly hardware for this bookcase was better than for most of the similar products I've purchased and used in the past. I would buy from IRONCK again.

Holes too small, need to use power tools

The tool provided to screw in the nails did not have the oomph needed to get the job done so used power tools. Otherwise, sturdy construction and met my needs.

Easy to put together, after a week and a half I can see that the shelves are sturdy. I bought this for my daughter that has countless books. I can see her stacking 10 more of these in her apartment.

It took a while to put together , maybe 30-45 minutes tops but I love it. It even comes with parts to secure it to the wall.

My daughter absolutely loves her new shelving. As a parent I didn't like how top heavy it is, you do have to anchor to the wall.
