Easy to use and reliable.
This is the second unit I have bought, and they work great. I use them for Christmas lights. The unit is inside on a GFI, and I use a splitter on the outlet to run two or three lines of LED lights.
Electro-mechanical is so much better than digital.

It was easy to set, and turned on and off to the times that were selected. The directions for the on-off wheel could have been more detailed, in explaining how it works with your power source.

These times last nearly forever. I honestly cannot remember the last time I needed to replace one.
I have bought hundreds of these over the years. The past couple of years, I have experienced a higher number of failures on these after only a couple of months of operations. Very disappointing and costly.
I had one of these timers for 30-years. And I used it every day none stop for 30-years. On and off 2-times a day.
Very good product! I like be able to set three times.
They work well, easy to set the on off time, recommend at least 30 minutes between. I use them to turn my modem off and then on again 30 later in the middle of the night so that it gets rebooted. Helps keep the modem from getting hung up when you are away. I picked it up in the store and did not use customer service.
It worked fine when I tested it. The next day I left for a trip and it stopped working.

Ive been using 2 these for grow light timers since purchased. and they are still working well.
Replaced identical timer used in landscape lighting transformer power box. The original timer was installed at time of lighting installation in 2005. This is heavy duty reliable timer at a reasonable cost, even for outdoor use if protected from the weather in a transformer power box.
