Intex 20 foot

I really like the simplicity of the install and everything seems very well made. Having the ground well leveled is very important. Been using the pool for 3 months now. Kids love it. I doesn’t look tacky like prism frame pools. The ladder that comes with it is pretty bad but I replaced with a kid safe one anyway.

I ordered this pool with reservation due to the reviews about the seller. Communication about shipping and delivery and how to contact seller was nonexistent. After internet searching I found the carriers number and finally got delivery info. The pool arrived on time 4 days after ordering. The box was damaged but since it was so heavy, I didn’t think much of it until we opened it and removed the parts. The liner comes folded with plastic over it and one corner had jagged holes chewed through all the folded layers. Clearly this was done by rodents in a warehouse. I took photos and called Spreetail immediately. I was told they would check with their parts dept and send a new liner. That was 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a liner or reply. I sent a message through Walmart and got an email saying they’ll check with the parts dept. and get back to me in 48 hrs. That is the same thing I was told 5 days ago. Meanwhile I paid Spreetail/Walmart $1200 for a damaged, completely unusable product.

Just assembled and currently filling up. Assembly was relatively simple as my wife helped me. Sand filter seems like it will be big enough.

A seam leaked immediately and good luck trying to get a return. We have been offered $261 so far if we keep it and try to patch it, which is beyond frustrating. Patching an entire seam on a brand new pool is stupid. If we ever get this worked out, I'll never buy Intex again.

Good value with a few issues

It came with one leak that we could easily patch, and the we to constantly backwash the filter for it to work well. But our pool is near trees so likely that’s a problem unique to us. Overall, it’s a great value with a few obvious downsides.

Fantastic!

Bought this for my kiddos birthday and to cool off during the summer. So far, so good! Enough space for the kids to play and have their inflatables while adults chill.

misleading discription

misleading discription says pool comes with robot pool cleaner but also omits it further down in the discription very misleading thinking your getting something to find out your not. error on .com website lowes.com

missing robot vacuum

Like a another reviewer just said a couple weeks ago, mine did not come with the robot vacuum. This is definitely something that Lowe's should help to Remedy by dealing with Intex and getting these shipped to anyone who bought one with this particular description.

Arrived with a hole in it

We purchased this pool last fall when it was on sale. We put it together and started putting water in it. There was a leak in the bottom. We are overwhelmed due to the work we’ve put in to have this happen. I’m going to be working to contact Walmart and then I’m sure someone else to try to get this resolved. We had heard that intact was the bestof this type to buy. Unfortunately it’s not our experience.
