When I ordered this jacuzzi I did check the dimensions to prepare the space to install it when I got the package it was smaller from what I first ordered

Love it. Easy assembly. I’m 63 and put it all together in less than 2 hours. You tube the assembly instructions . Sturdy. Heater works great. Bubbles are so nice. I thought the bottom would be uncomfortable as I put it on patio stones but it is cushioned enough to be comfortable . Nice that it has 2 covers One for easy entry to keep the heat in. Another heavy duty one with clips to make it safe. I went with salt water as I have it beside my salt water pool. So far it’s crystal clear after lots of use from the grandkids. Only things is that it says it’s a 6 person tub…actually it’s a 4 person if you don’t want to be crowed in

Worst hotub I have ever bought. Constantly has error codes only had for 2 weeks and still can't use it. I'm looking to send it back.

Filled with air and water started leaking everywhere between air and water what a waste of time!

[Rewarded Review] Not happy with service!

We have not been able to use - when we hooked up the machine to the tub it would not hold air. We called the service department, they automatically said they would send us another tub and machine - we are suppose to rebox the original order and ship back or they would give us a generous 25% refund on our $1,000 order. Unreal! There was no one who would speak to us that possibly could figure out why it would not hold air with the machine connected. Would not order again. We are elderly and to rebox the jacuzzi is not a fun task!!
