Delaney deadbolt cannot be re-keyed

Ordered these deadbolts on the same order as Delaney keyed entry locks. Read the Q&A’s before ordering and several said ALL locks on the same order are keyed alike, but if not, Home Depot could re-key them. The locks I received were NOT keyed alike, and local Home Depot says they cannot re-key them. The doorknobs are beautiful, but I don’t want to have a separate key for the deadbolt, so I have to return the entire order and find other locks that can actually be keyed alike. I don’t normally leave reviews, but others need to be aware of this before purchasing.

Something went wrong in the finishing process of the black deadbolt. It does not match the knobs from this set.

Why isn’t there a option to get all keys have same key they came with 3 locks and 3 different keys what a hassle I had to go to a locksmith and get them redone and pay another 50.00 dollars when this coulda been avoided who orders 3 diff locks diff keys. Make it an option when ordering. Thanks

I’ve been an expert in installing door hardware since 1989 and I can honestly say Delaney locks are the easiest to install. The guides allow the screws to go directly into the receiving half of the lock. There are also always the correct amount of screws supplied. Very pleased
