Return policy

Rug didn’t fit but the cost to send it back was $100 for a $200 carpet. Nothing personal, but I will not be buying any more carpets from you. Return policy is terrible.

This is very light. Almost white. Also, be warned. Wayfair will charge you $60 each to return them. $120!! They did give me a 20% refund for keeping them but now I have two rugs I don't want and can't use. Guess I have to sell them.
