Wrong color and good customer service

The carpet was good quality but the color was wrong for my entrance. I was hoping for more navy and it was more royal blue. Your customer service was great and I returned it. I ordered another one that was perfect!

super Thin and have so much creases.

This is an instant return, I was expecting something more towards the thicker side. Well I bought five area rugs in total and return two. But I wouldn’t recommend this type. Unless you are lookig for something thin na keep moving, this is what o was running from because i had something similar and here I am thinking Savavieh rugs are not thin n slippery.

Would not recommend

Not as advertised pile was supposed to be .50 inches (last I looked that would be 1/2 inch) pile thickness was know where near that, the carpet pile thickness was far more less than desirable (very cheap looking), the carpet weight was not as expected, carpet would not lay flat. Very cheap

I previously purchased this runner in another color and it has been a great success. It is great for pets and children since it seems to hide “mishaps”. I decided to purchase another one for a different area of my house but the color choice didn’t work out. I highly recommend this rug.

JUST BUY IT

so beautiful! Looks even better in person. Goes perfectly with the black & Ivory Safevieh lurex rugs . beautiful texture and colors. super modern. ALL rugs need pads, which will make them look so plush and expensive. i suggest 1/4” pad, or 1/2” if you can afford it. makes all the difference in the world!

Impressive

This rug is amazing. Very impressive. I really love it. Sadly, the rug had been folded not rolled, then folded again - in half😱 Heavily and tightly packaged for shipping, meant it arrived a week ago, with major creases/fold lines. I am living with it, in the hope they finally go away and it lays flat. I’m not over hopeful though, as the rug had been very tightly folded. Do they not realise rugs need to be rolled? 🙄

8 ft 3 in x 12, NOT 9 ft x 12 in

Disappointed in the quality of this rug. Per the title of my review, it was a full 9 inches shorter in width than advertised and isn't really very comfortable - kind of scratchy. Additionally, after having it in the home for a full week, it still has very visible bunches in it.

Small size is awesome, big size is not like the pictures

Awhile ago I had ordered this rug in a smaller size. I loved it, but needed a bigger one. So I ordered the 9’ size. When I unrolled it, I couldn’t even believe they were the same rug. The 9’ looks like a JPEG image that someone stretched out to print on a huge canvas and literally looks pixelated. Returning ASAP. I did give it 3 stars though because the smaller size is perfect and looks exactly like the pictures, is great quality, easy to clean, etc. I do recommend this rug if you are getting a small size but do not get the 9’ round if you want the pattern in the photos. And if you don’t hate the pixelated pattern, go for it. But don’t expect to put two of these different sized rugs in the same room and for them to match. See photos for both rugs. Sort of difficult to see in pictures but in person they are shockingly different.
