[Rewarded Review] Rug is lovely but arrived with a dirty border.

The border of the rug was grimy when it arrived. I have no idea how to clean it but I had to put it down right away for guests. Very disappointing. Otherwise the rug is great, comfortable to walk on, attractive, doesn’t need a rug pad as the underside has a backing already.

This is an absolutely beautiful rug. Very soft on the feet! The backing on the rug is a plus since you don’t need a separate pad. We purchased for our guest room. Perfect combo for our linen upholstered bed.

Horrible Rug and Even Worse Company

About 8 months I bought over $3,000 worth of rugs and pads. Over $1,100 of it was this rug. I live in a pet free, smoke free, absolutely no shoes in the house, clean home. This is what these rugs look like after only 8 months and after being cleaned 3 times. Company refuses to acknowledge the quality of this and leaves me hanging with an $1,100 set of rugs that are junk. My direct family has spent over $10,000 worth of rugs from this site in the past few years and I guarantee we will never spend another dollar with them.

The rug is much softer than I expected (in a good way) and is holding up well. Great addition to our bedroom!

Great neutral base

I am so pleased with this rug! It is high quality, good materials and such a great, neutral base. Don’t use a roller brush on it, and spot clean as needed. I get so many compliments on it when people walk into the room!

Great addition!

I was looking for a neutral earthy looking rug with some texture to go with our live edge dining room table and blend with a patterned rug in the living room next to it. This rug has some life to it without showing off! My family commented how soft it was on their feet. The wool does not shed so far. I did have to trim a bit off of the rug pad for it is not a true 10 by 12. It is perfect and just what I was looking for. It also arrived one day after I ordered it!
