Not a fan of some of the colors mixed in but it matches the picture and description. Little thin. Didn't end up using it for the room I intended.

Maybe make the rug to the advertised size????

I ordered this rug in size 9x12. The rug I received is 8ft 8in by almost 12 ft. Now I have a rug that is smaller than my carpet pad after I had someone come in and help me move furniture to put it down. I don't really want to cut my nice carpet pad either. Very disappointing and seems like false advertising as I only got part of the rug I ordered. I would love to return it but not sure that I'm physically capable of making that happen. My previous rug was the same brand and was bigger than the current carpet pad. The rug itself looks nice so it's a shame.

UPDATE 2/1/24: I also complained to Safavieh about the 576 sq. in missing from my rug (9ft side was only 8'8") and was advised by Safavieh Customer Service that the 4 in reduction is not a defect, and also that this is not false advertising because the fine print that says "all rug sizes are approximate". I think most would agree that a 4 in reduction in this measurement is a defect! Will need to wait to see if BedBath&Beyond refunds my money quickly. The return process was difficult for such a large item - had to repackage & haul it back to the UPS store. Buyer beware... I ordered this rug in size 9x12. The area rug looks beautiful in my bedroom. The blue and yellow colors of the rug accent the blue walls and yellow furniture that decorate the bedroom.

Shipping fast, p/u at store no problem. The color is beautiful. Rug is thin do took couple days for corners to lay flat. Bought pad which was cheap and smelly so upgrade pad. This is worth the price.

This rug is gorgeous and the perfect size under my dining room table. I love the rug. The only issue was that it was rolled to side in so the corners curled up badly. We’ve had to have weights across both ends for two weeks to get them down as they are a tripping hazard.

Never buy a rug that is folded for shipment.

The fold marks from shipping are predominant and neither vacuuming or steaming improved their presence.

This rug was purchased to decorate my new home office. I needed a rug that was thin enough to allow my office chair to easily roll, but thick enough to hold up. This rug definitely does the job and I recommend.
