I did not like that I was told no shipping fees then charged shipping fees. I complained and was told the carrier charged shipping o not Macys. Macy should have been honest about the fees.

Nice looking rug!

Very nice looking carpet! I bought the ivory/gold 9' x 12' for a main bedroom. The colors appear as they look in the photos online. The gold is almost a mustard gold. The grey is a very pretty light greyish/blue. Note, it's a thin carpet, as you might expect for the price. We don't mind since it is mostly decorative for under the bed, but you'd want to buy some hefty padding for a living room or other high-traffic area. Fast shipping. Arrived folded, but the creases smoothed out quickly on their own. We've had it for over a year and it still looks great... no shedding or wear marks, even where the dogs like to scratch the floor.

My entire experience with overstock was not when I would recommend to anyone

the rug was totally folded and when I unravelled it there were wrinkles all through -out the rug and impossible to get them out. So now it is not laying flat and is awful.

Beautiful rug great detail!

Love the look of this rug. Purchase was made after the update of our kitchen. The soft neutral yellow color pairs well with our accessories. Well made, would recommend a pad underneath to prevent sliding. To my satisfaction, it arrived only days after ordering. Wayfair never disappoints.

Beautiful rug. This rug arrived more quickly than I expected. This rug looks amazing in my formal living room. The colors match the decor in my living room. I would purchase this rug again.

This rug is of good quality and matches our motif. Once it had time to settle after being unrolled, we were extremely satisfied with how it looked in our space.

My 9x12 rug measures 100" wide. 8" short is not acceptable. Upsetting since my 3 other Safavieh rugs are accurate to their size.

Great rug, accurate photo, colors true to listing

I got the grey and yellow and it was exactly as it appeared in the listing. The colors went great with my sectional and accent chair and it even stood up to puppy teeth! Cleaned up pretty well also!

A showstopper!

This rug is simply beautiful. It changes the whole look of the room. If was exactly what I was looking for. Most of the rugs in my house are Safavieh rugs. The quality can't be beat.

This rug is perfect for my living room! Looks great against my sectional and is a beautiful blend of golden yellow, cream, and grey. No complaints. Only suggestion for improvement is regarding packaging. The carpet arrived folded. It should be rolled to avoid creases in the carpet.

Great rug for great price!

The rug looks lovely in my entryway. The colors are true to what was pictured. The only reason I didn’t give it a five is that it isn’t very thick and the corners tend to curl up. But, for the price, it is fabulous.
