Not as pictured!

I ordered the "ivory" color which is much darker than pictured, looks more gray than ivory. The plaid print is smaller/tighter than pictured. Not what I was going for.

quality is horrible

I bought this product in May and in July the edges started to unravel. Wouldn't recommend this product. Product couldn't be returned. Should have bought a rug from Costco like I had in years past because they always accept poor quality merchandise and returns. Very disappointed

NOT washable. Label says professional clean only.

Rug is beautiful and fits perfectly on my deck. The price was very reasonable and so far the quality is excellent!

Safavieh rug

Absolutely after one month the rug was deteriorating..emitting chalkie dust that got all over my deck and furniture..I never saw anything like it.

This rug is a nice color, but doesn’t roll out flat, I keep tripping over the edges and it has ridges where it was folded. It looks cheap.

Overall the appearance of the rug was good. From the picture it looked like a perfect match. As another customer stated it was quite a bit darker than the photo.

Didn't last one summer

One of the edges of the rug completely frayed within a few months of initial use, even though it wasn't walked on. Clearly a manufacturing problem.

The "grey" version is a very very DARK GRAY..almost black, unfortunately. We are trying to see if we can use the reverse side as it is more beige/grey, more neutral, even though not ideal. Disappointing and will likely will return

I purchased this carpet for my living room and was hoping it would hold up better then the Safaviah California shag I replaced. I have it for 1 week and the edges are already showing signs of wear. Also the carpet arrived with several imperfections. The pattern is great and what I was looking for but the quality is just not the greatest.
