DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RUG! especially if you plan to have it in a living area. It started off shaggy and rough, then the texture changes quite quickly (awful matted & flattened appearance). Everything gets extremely trapped/stuck, so don’t snack when watching tv/movies—difficult to vacuum. 0/10, would not recommend.

Rug is way more shag than appears. Had rug for less than a year looks extremely worn and dirty. Lots of clumping area and have had to cut areas back as it collects lots of debris

I bought the largest rug size for my living room. Within a week the rug was matted and it is not easy to clean.. can not be vacuumed either. Wishing I would have rolled it up and returned it before the 30 days. Would have been beautiful if it wasn’t so shaggy. Not for a house with kids or animals.

Not at worth the price! The rug lost its original texture within 2 weeks of laying it out. The softness won’t stay and it’ll become lumpy at places and look weird (see picture). Tried all methods to revive it but nothing works. Contacted customer care but they didn’t have a solution either. Stuck with this sad rug! :(

I have to be honest. It took me a day or two to warm to this carpet. I did not pay close enough attention while ordering and didn't realize that is was a definite SHAG rug. But, even though it didn't match with any of my other carpets it gives the room some style and new interest. Its also very comfortable and soft. colors are great. neutral but interesting
