We really like the look and size of the rug, but it does shed an awful lot. My roomba pulls threads from it as well, so I recommend using a traditional vacuum when cleaning it.

Beautiful quality rug

This is a beautiful rug. The quality is outstanding. I like that the cream design is slightly raised from the background color. Very thick & lush. I also purchased two of the 4 foot round rugs for under my recliners.

A winner

I am very pleased with this 4x6 rug for my foyer. It replaces another Safavieh rug I bought from Overstock 11 years ago! It is soft and feels great on your feet. (My cat immediately loved it, too.) It laid flat almost immediately since it is nice and thick. No scent, no wrinkles, packed well and arrived quickly. Definitely a fan of Safavieh. Good quality, durable (heck, the last one lasted over a decade) and nice design.

I love it. High quality and thick. Not just a standard online rug. The price is great for what you get. I ordered the double sided clear gel tape as well. Only had to use on each end and it stays in place. I have 4 dogs and it would have slid when they ran otherwise. Won't let me load pics though

This rug was beautiful, it was high quality and a steal compared to how much these types of rugs cost. But I returned it. Only because its a deep chocolate brown, tan and cream. So the color doesn't look like it does online. I bought 3 different sizes and was disappointed to return and pay over *** to return them but the color didn't match anything in my house! They actually should have paid that shipping, not me!

I LOVE this rug!!! The color & texture are just how the photos suggest, the quality is good, the rug was exactly what I was looking for as we were remodeling our bathroom!! Be sure however to get a skid proof pad as it will move around if it's going on a tile or wood floor! This rug is quite thick so be sure if it's in a doorway the door will open over the rug, we had to cut off the bottom of our door 1/2". (Does that not prove how much I liked this rug if I asked my husband to cut off the bottom of the door LOL)

Plush rug!

This rug was purchased for my dining area. I read the description on the rug and never saw "looped" pile. It did say pile of varying heights but if I saw looped pile I wouldn't have purchased it. There is a close up picture of the edge which looks like normal pile and I went with that. I was a little disappointed with the loop style when it arrived but happy with the quality and pattern. If the rug had no loops it would have received a 5 star. The rug is down a week and already the ends of some loops are coming up. Not in the middle of a loop but it seems to happen at the end. Like the end was not fastened correctly. I will have to try to pull them back down through the carpet so it doesn't look bad. Not good for a carpet that's almost new! In my opinion, the carpet is reminiscent of old fashioned chenille rugs. With a carpet pad underneath, it feels good under the feet.

NOT AS PICTURED

I was extremely surprised upon receiving this rug to find out it was not as pictured. The design is absolutely not crisp in terms of color and design as shown in the picture. It's impossible to even see the design that's how matted and bad it looks. I assumed I was getting the same rug from Ballard Home as both sites pictues are of the same identical rug. Wrong. This design is definitely not crisp it has huge loops and is very matted so you really cant tell there is a beautiful design. It's a plush rug but the actual rug design is extremely poor. The border is a completely different color than the cream circle design, it's definitely a gray in color. Save your money and spend the extra $$ to get the competitors rug this one was a huge disappointment.

Awesome Rug!

This is currently featured in XXXXXXX Designs catalog for much more! What a great value offered by overstock.com. Rug is super stylish, modern, yet traditional. Very thick, but not too thick that a door would get stuck on it. Looks great in my entryway and looks more expensive than it actually was. I received the brown and it is a little darker than pictured in my opinion. Was expecting an ivory color with brown background and I would describe it as more of a khaki, dark oatmeal color instead. Still works great because it will probably hide the dirt better than a lighter color rug would. Very impressed and am considering another color and size for my bedroom.

BEAUTIFUL

I purchased 3 of these rugs. A round one for under my dining table, a 2X3 for the back door and a 4X6. The Round on was crisp in color and more similar to what was portrayed on Overstock. The other two when opened appeared much more matted down and the colors were not as crisp. The ivory was a dirty tan. Not near as nicely contrasting as the 6' round I purchased. So my problem is when I put the rugs together it looks like the two rectangular ones are old and have been used and matted down and soiled compared to the round one that appears crisp and new. So I cannot keep these rugs. Very disappointing and a lot of work trying to ship back. :( I was so excited as I wanted these rugs for months and have had my eye on them on another well known decorator website. So when I saw these I thought I had hit the jackpot. So a total disappointment. This being said the 6' round rug on it's own is beautiful and crisp with a true ivory white and then a darker brown. If someone was just needing one of the rugs they'd work okay. But in my situation where I need them all and in adjoining rooms near each other it just won't work without making the rectangular rugs look ten years old next to the round one. :( I hope this is helpful. As far as quality I would have to say these rugs appear to be very well made. They are plush and thick.
