was dragged from the street to my door. got damaged in the dragging and put a hole in the rug. overstock rep was helpful in the return process. a pickup was scheduled, but no one showed up, by 8pm. i contacted OS again and they said i can throw it out, so i did. the next day, pickup shows up and it was the same guy who dragged it to my door. how i found out he dragged it, my neighbor from across, cameras and the delivery guy didn't deny when i asked. he said, "that *** was heavy."

I just bought this rug. The width is only 7'10. I am going to return it.

Size of this rug is not correctly stated

I recently purchased this rug for my foyer. The rug arrived in short order, but with two problems: it is not 5x8, rather it is 4x6, which is quite a big difference. Also, the back of the rug was puckered (as if it had gotten wet) and therefore the rug did not lay flat. I returned the rug mainly because the size was not as represented. Very disappointed, though I have purchased other rugs on Overstock and was quite pleased with them.
