Another beautiful rug. Bought for my new house. I looked at similar rugs and this was the best price by far!

For the first time I had a bad shopping experience with Wayfair. I ordered two rugs and they turned out be very different than I expected. Not as soft as I was hoping, too thick and didn’t look good in the room. Secondly, I had some how missed the info that there is no free returns to this product. Thirdly, it was really hard to pack the rugs for the return. I also had to go to three different mailing companies to finally find the right one that could help me to pack these rugs for the return. I won’t ever again buy rugs online.

I thought this rug was perfect so I bought it. I wanted a mostly white with a little green round rug with a southwest look. However, what I don’t like is that it’s not as thick as it looks on the website.It’s high pile but the threads are not close together. I don’t think the thread count was advertised. Next time I’ll be sure to ask. Also, the color is more gray than green. I’ll keep it only because it’s not a bad look in my den.
