Yummy rug.

Poor quality

The rug was so beautiful and very soft when i received it and i truly loved it. It is neutral enough to go with all decor colors. However, it does not hold up well. Don’t even have kids, and we regularly clean/gently vacuum the rug. Yet, it looks like it is many many years old already, instead of just 4 months! There are threads pulling and unraveling throughout the rug, and the edges, and the color is fading. It is in our high traffic living room but there are only 2 adults in our home. This is disappointing considering the price. Unfortunately, Walmart will not replace/refund after 90days so will be keeping it.

I ordered a sample. The rug is very soft and the colors are perfect, but I am not happy with the quality for a living room. I did not realize(my error) that the sample is not returnable unless I purchase a rug from the same collection. Other companies are taking returns. Unfortunately that will influence my decision where I purchase my rug. I will not use your company.

Not durable at all

This rug is very soft and the pattern is muted and attractive. However, I've had it for less than a month and there are innumerable snags in the carpet. The trim is unravelling in multiple places. Very unimpressed with the quality of this rug (for any price). I have other Loloi rugs that I've been very happy with. This is not one of them.

Great rug!

Lovely colors and it is very soft and thick. My kids and husband kept rolling around on the rug after putting it down. Haha! Customer service was great. I ordered this rug on back order but they kept in contact with me and it shipped exactly when they expected and shipping was fast.

I saw this same rug for about twice the price and a friend told me she saw this brand on Rugs Direct and they had it!! I just hoped it came in and looked as pretty and felt as soft as the one I saw in the local store and it was everything I hoped for!!

Plush and Pretty

I ordered this rug for my new apartment and I am incredibly satisfied. It is ultra soft and comfortable to walk/lay on. The edges lay nicely without any curling. The color is even more beautiful in person. This rug was more expensive than other's I have owned, but I believe the price is very reasonable given the quality. Additionally, it was much more affordable than other rugs from Loloi which can cost upwards of $600.
