I LOVE this rug. I ordered the rust color and am very happy with my purchase. The tone is a muted rust brown color. Exactly the look I envisioned. No shedding and comfortable to walk on. I’m always weary of ordering a rug online but am very happy with my purchase. Delivery was a day early and UPS delivered to my front door as requested.

Cute rug, inaccurate color description

Very cute rug, however, I bought the charcoal and it is not a Smokey charcoal- it looks green in my space. Additionally, the material sheds.

Don’t waste your time or money

The rug has only been used 2-3 weeks in a low traffic area. We do not wear shoes in our house either. It is shedding and pilling horribly, looks like a bad sweater. Rugs direct wanted to charge $140 to return it, so I’m stuck with it. Highly disappointed and unresolved by customer service.

Disappointed

Super disappointed with this rug. Not sure if it’s a manufacturing defect but ours came with grey and brown dark spots all over which are a bit hard to capture in the pictures. It looked like we received a used rug :( I contacted Rugs Direct about this but haven’t heard back from them yet. I had super high hopes this rug. Don’t waste your money!
