Looks and feels good!
I love this rug. Incredibly soft, very well made. It does shed quite a bit initially but it looks and feels amazing.

It gets discoloured very easily.
The rug is nice but be careful if you devide to pay extra for wayfair home delviery service. The drivers folded the rug in half to shove it into an elevator instead of carrying it up the stairs. The rug was damaged and has a permanent crease in the middle. After reaching out to wayfair they told me they would provide a discount credit. After checking my account, I relazied the credit they provided was less than what they had promised. No one from wayfair has reached out to fix this. Wayfair's customer service used to be great. Not anymore.

Nice rug, can be a little difficult to clean but that's to be expected with this type of material.

This area rug fit perfect in our space. When rolled out the crease stayed for a bit but eventually flattened out. When vacuuming it does shed but I’m hoping that will decrease. It is very lush and soft and keeps our feet warm when walking on it. Just be aware of the shedding.
Quality is just ok - I guess I paid for what it's worth.
The first carpet I got once clearly used, luckily I got a replacement from Wayfair. The carpet looks nice for the first few months but it sheds a lot.
You advertise it as a Crowe rug, but the brand name on the rug I received is Ssurya.
Very nice rug, true to the photo. Heavy quality, feels nice under foot.
