[Rewarded Review] Cute print but very thin and cheap

Over the last 12 years I have bought NUMEROUS rugs from this webpage. They used to be thick, full, even wool often, just over all great quality. They would ship well, rolled and hardly creased. Worth every penny... NOW they pretty much all are cheap, itchy, thin, sparse and ILL SAY IT AGAIN, CHEAP LOOKING. EVEN WITH A PAD, they aren’t any better. Just kind blah and won’t ANY LESS THIN OR IMROVED QUALITY.

It was folded, and is already flattening. Perfect subtle colors and looks more expensive than it was. A thinner rug, which I wanted. Great delivery services.

Bad shipping

The way this rug was shipped - folded) creates creases and lumps that no time could reverse. I was hoping that letting it rest on the floor would help it but here we are months later and no such thing. What I am thinking long happened is that due to it being folded and not rolled up caused the glue from behind to separate from its fiber. Now I am stuck with a rug which I cannot use. Looks like a rig that was in a bathroom and due to moisture and age has warped.

very poor quality

Upon receiving this rug, I realize that the quality is very very cheaply made. The corners were all curled up. But I liked it so I kept it. Fast forward one month later. All the carpet is pulling up out of the rug creating a large hole. Would not recommend.

Great Rug for Dogs

Review based on 2021 purchase: I purchased this same rug but in ivory instead of silver (silver purchased in 2017). First it is clear that the quality of this rug has changed since 2017. It is extremely thin to the point that you can see the waves when unrolled and feel the floor below when standing on. This new version is made using jute which I am allergic to. The smell is very strong. The product listing does not state that the rug is made with jute. Shipping to return the carpet is ridiculous so I am stuck with a product that I am allergic to that is an inferior product from the first one I purchased. I chose this brand because of the good experience I had with the first run. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this brand. Review based on rug purchased in 2017: Great rug but the colors will fade over time and it will show wear. This rug lasted nearly 4 years. Will purchase another nuLOOM if I can find the right color combo. Great for dogs.

Love this rug! This rug is absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for! The colors are lovely and it really adds a nice touch to our space. It shipped and arrived quickly and also flattened out quickly as well. Put some books on the corners to help flatten it out and after a day the rug was completely flat. It also did NOT have any harsh smells like some rugs do upon arrival. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Beautiful rug! I got the ivory with gray. The space I’m using it in is a studio apartment with light wood floors. I wanted a light neutral rug but with some character. This fits the bill. I’ve paired it with a light gray sofa and navy, white, and gold throw pillows. It’s looks great with those colors but could be the neutral floor for almost any color scheme. It’s very pleasing to look at, and soft to walk on. I did put a non-slip rug pad under it, as recommended by some.

We have this rug in a 8x10 size in our kitchen (under the table) and it's beautiful. We liked it so much that we bought it again in a 9x12 for a living room in our other home. Unfortunately, the larger size was not up to par...the print of the pattern was almost blown up disproportionately compared to the finer pattern on the 8x10. This made it look cheap and tacky. We ordered a runner to go along with the 9x12 and it was perfect. But since were not keeping the 9x12, we are returning the runner as well. Bummer since it really is a nice rug in 8x10.

This is my second time purchasing this rug. This time it was for my kitchen dining area. It is the perfect neutral rug. I have mostly grays and whites in my kitchen area and it blends nicely with those colors. It is an ivory rug with light and dark gray accents. Will work well if you decorate with mostly whites also. It’s the perfect transitional rug. It’s had some spills and mishaps as I have small children and everything has come out with a little water and dish soap. Couldn’t recommend this beautiful rug more!
