Beautiful design but dirty yellow color.

The design of the rug is just what I wanted. The wool is very thick and nice. The color is not ivory as shown. It is a dirty yellow color. Such a disappointment. I am returning at my own expense.

Rug appears to be nicely made but i barely unrolled it and just see red and green. I’m not sure if I received the incorrect order or this rug was just not described accurately. It’s going back but now I have to try and get to a drop off .

Great example of this popular rug style! Thick and soft. We use in our bedroom. Has held up well to shoeless foot traffic and to big slobbery dog.

More yellow ivory than white ivory, and it’s not grey line detailing, it’s colored detailing.

Good quality but it’s got a lot of red and rusty orange colors in the pattern vs black.

I have a small area in my office that I use for sitting like a little cafe spot. I needed a cozy rug but not just a normal shag. After lots of research and reading reviews, I bought this! I am so happy I did. Wool can shed, but this has not shed much at all. It is not in a high traffic area, but I would use it in other spaces and I highly recommend this rug!!

We love this rug - it is even better than the photos because the pattern is not just black but a couple of colors - dark reds, greys, browns - which adds interest and gives it depth. Plus, it feels great on bare feet!

Extremely misrepresented colors

I bought this rug based on the pictures/description online. Once it arrived I was shocked to see that the design is made out of gray and RED and PURPLE yarns, not neutral taupe or gray or brownish yarns as the pictures represented. Our decor is gray, brown, white and very neutral. There is no way this rug fits or coordinates with this neutral palette. Returning it immediately.

Love this! Love it so much this is the second one we have purchased, we own the 5'X8' and now the 3'X5'. Quality is excellent! These rugs feel as good as they look, and visa versa.

Plush but not for me.

This rug is nice, but not the look I was going for. Ithaca more color in the lines than I was looking for. It is very plush and feels nice under. I returned it.

It looks great and is comfortable, also no weird smells. Just a nice wool rug. 3 stars though because I've never seen a rug shed so much, even with low traffic. Dogs shed less than this. If you lay on it, you will be covered in wool. Wouldn't recommend it for that reason.

Great product for the price!

Great product with (mostly) natural fibers. The pattern is a mix of reddish and greenish colors, depending on the side. Does not shed too much.

Great quality

Absolutely beautiful. Full and soft. Colors are exactly what I was looking for. Not your typical grey or black. Would definitely buy again. Very heavy

Creamy texture, all wool and easy to keep clean

This rug is really nice quality. I love wool and the texture was a must in the room where I placed it. I tried THREE other rugs before falling in love with this one. The background color is creamy white and it really cleans up easily. I was nervous because we have dogs, but it looks great (we've had it about a year). Definitely recommend it

Heavy shed, but excellent quality!

8x10 My designer picked this rug for my space. I am 100% for wool rugs for a variety of reasons, and I was prepared for the *idea* that they shed. However, I was a little shocked at first with how much it continues to shed. I vacuum it every week and always get the same amount of debris/fuzzy bunnies out of the rug. In high traffic areas, I tend to pick up the shedding balls in between vacuuming. Several of my guests have asked if I have an animal.... since the fuzz is kind of everywhere and looks like animal fur. See the picture of how the shedding pieces look against the hardhood floors. I have two of these rugs in adjacent rooms. My friends call them my "bottle-fed calves" since they require so much work. If I stretch or do yoga on the rug, I have to change clothes or be hyper vigilant with a lint roller. I read a review on here that even after years, it still sheds. I'm a few months in..... we'll see. When I've done my best to sweep and vacuum, it looks so good in the space and feels wonderful at your feet. I may ultimately get rid of them when I'm tired of the upkeep, but I LOVE the look of them now. People always comment when they walk in the space, "that's a good rug."

Plush rug

Unique primitive design, lovely, plush beautiful rug, very happy with purchase

Expensive looking p, soft under feet.

Bought 2 of these for the sides of my bed. Met my needs for natural wool rugs. They look great, are of high quality, are deep and plush under your feet when you step out of bed. The only down side is that they are still shedding even after being vacuumed umpteen times. But the shedding is becoming less and less so hopefully over time the extreme shedding will stop.
