Loops too far apart/Hard

I didn't even walk on it but just placing my hand flat on it, I could feel very hard almost knots. I can only imagine how that would feel on a foot with bodyweight. If the loops were closer together it might help but not sure. I'm returning it. I also wonder how vacuuming it would work with such high, stringy loops? Thank you to Walmart for making Fedex return available for such a large, heavy item.

I love Safavieh rugs. I ordered 2 small versions of the photo for either side of our bed. At first, I wasn’t happy with the popcorn texture - they were really not very comfortable under bare feet. However, after about 3 months of wear, they settled down and were quite happy with them.

Updated: I wanted to add a note that over time, my five year old spilled so much stuff on it (including milk) that I had to accept it was time to toss it out. So I rebought it!!! Same rug! Still love it.

This rug is VERY soft! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this rug for the price I paid. Another reviewer commented that it wasn't as dense as hoped, and I get that. If you look all the way though to the matting, you can see that another row of pile could fit in there. But that would create a rug that costs hundreds if not thousands more. For walking around on it, it's great and I'm very happy with it! My child said he wanted to sleep on it the first night we had it. :)

Super soft! Love it. I plan to purchase a larger size for another room. 1 month in, no problem with shedding. Vacuum on high carpet setting. Very plush.

Wrong color, tried to cancel 5 min. after ordering

I was nervous ordering the rug, I wasn't sure if the color was going to be the right color to just blend in with the floors. It worked out great! Blended in perfect, it's like a light camel color and was Very soft!!! The only complaint is after a short time I could see where people walked on it.... so I made it to where it was not necessary to walk on it in there patchway...

Horrible purchase

Manufacturer changed the fabric--awful. I have purchased this rug many times from Home Depot and always loved the rug--this time the quality of the fabric on the rug changed. It is very shiny--really odd. The color is off as well. It should be ivory and it had a lot of yellow. Home Depot notified me that they changed manufacturers and this is why the rug looks and feels different.

I have 2 small rugs made from this material and the popcorn shag is thick and soft unlike the "cozy grey shag rug" I recently sent back that looks identical in photos, but is truly just a slab if carpeting.....I have wood floors and did not want a "carpet rug" the customer service was great and made the exchange. I wanted something thick and cozy and this polyester rug was right on! If your looking for a thick soft rug this is it and Make sure you choose the polyester pop corn shag... I couldn't be happier with this rug, it is exactly what I had pi tired when I placed the order. Don't mix it up with the "cozy grey shag rug"
