Too thin. Not as pictured, disappointing.

Quality is not good

I ordered this rug and I picked it up in store had stains had to take it back to return.ordered again in online to ship to home quality of the rug is totally not good back of the rug is different anything from the first one

Rug is developing a rotten odor

I purchased this rug to replace my identical rug because I thought my pets made it smell bad after about 5 years. My whole house smelled rotten until I took it outside. I ordered a new one because it was pretty. New rug arrived a much lighter shade of grey, almost white, which I could live with, but the identical smell is in the fiber just less intense. I would not buy this rug again.

Matted Shag

Would not recommend this rug, the shag gets matted very quickly in high traffic areas. We’ve gone through two of these rugs and they both ended up the same

Color is off

The rug is wonderful - soft and perfect. The only issue is the large size grey color is not grey like the smaller ones so it doesn’t match. The grey looks more cream and it’s disappointing that you can’t get small and large matching rugs

Comfortable to walk on

It is a very comfortable rug, but not so great with long haired pets, due to the shag.

Disappointed

I saw this rug at my local Kohls and it was a lovely ivory color with a loose shag texture. It was too big for me to take home so in order to have it delivered I ordered it online in the same color: ivory. The rug they sent me is white and the texture is matted down. I’m disappointed.

The rug came with rust colored stains. It’s a very flat shag, noting plush about it

Perfect Small Space Rug

This is a perfect area rug for a small space or area. It’s thick enough, but not plush. It’s light colored, soft, and great for a nursery or small room. Great quality at a great price.

Soft Rug

The rug is super soft. It feels like a giant bath mat. I like that feeling but to some of my guest, who are a little free with their opinions, it throws off my space. I have it in my living room. I think it would be great in a dorm or kids room.
