I ordered this in a 6x9 for my master bedroom, because the light grey and brass sequins are perfect for my decor, however what I received has cheap, plastic, SILVER sequins instead. I've reached out to Wayfair to see if they'll remedy the issue, but after 2 delays with shipping, I'm bummed.

Sheds SOOO much.

Beautiful rug and looked better than expected. The reason it gets 2 stars is because this rug sheds like you wouldn't believe. It made my floors constantly look dirty and the fibers get all over clothing. Within a half hour of vacuuming and sweeping my floors, it would look like I'd neglected them for months. I dealt for 10 months but finally had to replace it because I was sick of always looking at linty floors.

Disappointed. Cannot withhold a water spill.

*Update* It's been about a week of me having this rug. I originally gave it 4 stars. But now, I'd give it 0 if I could. I originally bought this for my first baby's nursery. While setting up something, my husband accidentally knocked his cup of water onto it. We didn't think this to be a big deal. We towel dried it and I ran my hair dryer through it until it felt dry to the touch. Because I am rearranging this room, I had temporarily put a table over where the spill happened while assembling the crib and dresser this week. When I finally moved the table today, I couldn't believe my eyes. Mold and rust. I am so deeply upset. Especially with now having to spare my money due to *********, there's no way I can afford to purchase another rug. Do not purchase this unless you absolutely know you'll NEVER have an accidental spill. ‐----------- It's a beautiful rug, don't get me wrong. However, I didn't realize that the sequins would be these almost industrial-like washers. The edges of some of them are pretty sharp and I'm scared if one pops up and you're walking around in the room in a hurry, it'll slice your foot. I originally got this for my first baby's nursery and I'm just worried about safety when it comes to sitting on the rug and also if a part comes off and the potential choking hazard. I also have a puppy and worry about him chewing the pieces off. Like I said, it's a beautiful rug...but not sure how it'll hold up pragmatic-wise. I guess we'll see!

Updating this review. Still love the way it looks but it sheds SO BADLY. You can’t sit on it or set anything made of fabric on it without it sticking to everything. I’ve sat it on with my nice yoga pants and the fibers get stuck in my clothing, making them itchy and ruining those pants. :( It’s now become something I need to replace, waste of almost $300. I even find the fibers in other areas of the house. I vacuum it very regularly but it’s not helping. Don’t get this rug if you plan on actually using it!

This is a very beautiful rug. However, wayfair does not do a good job of accurately depicting colors on their website. This rug is definitely all cream, not cream and gray as depicted in the photo. That being said, it is still beautiful and great quality. I definitely would order again, just wish wayfair would do better on their pictures. We bought a couch a few weeks ago with the same problem with colors not matching up.

The Dazzles are BLACk not Brown/Gold

I had extreme high hopes for this rug to look identical as the picture. I am completely disappointed, the dazzles on the picture look brown/gold but in reality they are BLACK! omg I have nothing black in my living room. The rug is a shedder too. There were a few black and yellow stains:( I'm going to have to live with this rug although I wish it was identical to the picture. I am really sad, but it is a hassle to return so i will have to keep it.

Love this rug! I have received so many compliments regarding it already and I just got it. The quality is very good. Color as shown on line. The length of time it took to arrive was excellent. The rug does however shed making a little more clean up than a normal rug

Don’t buy

This rug is mainly for looks. It is not functional whatsoever. You would put it in a room that no one is ever in. The material sheds like crazy. My poor baby gets fuzzy stuff all over his hands all day long and I’m constantly cleaning them off. Also the threads keep coming out of the looped pieces and I keep finding them laying around everywhere.

Very cute but not for my living room

I really liked the style and quality of the rug when it arrived however it did not go well in my living room. After I laid it down I thought it may look better in a bedroom or more of a boho style living room. I have acacia floor with a lot of color variances and it just looked too busy. The sequins were great, not shiny at all. I took one star away because a few pieces of the tassels at the ends came off. All in all I wish I could have kept it! It is really cute.

Really ties the room together

We have a blue couch and a white ottoman and grey walls and wood floors. But this black rug really ties the room together. While we use it as the glue, it can stand on its own as a textured, bedazzled, thick, true black rug. Co-owner of rug and I agree this rug is 100 points good rug and that the pictures don’t do it justice.

Yarn on edge of rug looks worn and dirty

I was really excited about this rug. However, once I opened it I was disappointed to see that the yarn fringe and tufts on the rug itself were a dingy, darker beige (not an actual different color - just dirty looking). It's a huge letdown. I love the concept- just the execution was not what I had hoped it would be.
