I love the new rugs
I love the new rugs. I love the pattern in subtle gray and ivory colors. They are lightweight, feel nice on the bare feet and are well crafted. They create a subtle feeling of mental peace.
Beautiful Rug that is not the colors of the picture, YOU will pay to return
I will be returning this rug. Sadly I have to pay the shipping to do so which will lead me to not buy another rug from this company. I know the risks of ordering a rug online to not have it be the exact colors shown. Which is the situation with this rug. It is beautiful but definitely not the brown that is shown. Actually it is gray and blues. I would order again from this company is they too understood the frustration for us customers trying to match the rug online, but sadly they do not which is why I am out even more money which could go towards the rug I STILL NEED.
Do not buy unless you want a denim/ blue rug !
The photos of the rug online looked nothing like the rug. The rug is more of a dark blue/denim. Returning the item was expensive. I tried to have it approved for free return since the photo didn’t look like the actual rug, but I was declined. All in all the rug wasn’t what I expected and the return process was awful.
Great rug - color decieivng
Rug is great. However, it is not as creamy beige as it is shown online - it is definitely steel grey color. more white and light grey than cream and brownish it shows online. Therefore it does not go with my linen colored light colored couch. Beautiful rug though.
My favorite rug!
I was surprised when I opened the box as this is not the usual soft rug. It's more like a thick printed mat. You have to get close to it and feel it to see that it is different. I didn't think I would keep it. When I put it down and it was completely flat right away with no curls. It never moves and doesn't bunch up or stretch like a regular area rug. The colors are beautiful! It's easy to clean/wipe up spills and vacuum. I would choose this over a traditional area rug every time.
You are expecting a rug, what you receiving is a tablecloth with printing on it. Ridiculous, I am going back to local stores.
I waited two weeks for this and was so excited to receive my carpet. What I received was a printed piece of cloth. Picture a thicker t-shirt with the imprint of a carpet on it. I could not be more disappointed. Value engineered to the 10th degree. I am going back to local stores for purchases to see and feel a rug. I don't need a rug to last a lifetime but I do expect more than a tablecloth printed to look like a rug.
