I like the fact that it is made out of wool. It is very weighty and also quite thick. So far it has not shed much, however I wish the colors would be a bit more vivid. It looks a little bit toned down. The rug smelled like some kind of chemical but it dissipated after laying there for one night. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

There are 3 significant fold marks still in the rug. We unrolled. vacuumed and steamed as you suggested, they have not come out. I am not bringing this back to the store or to FedEx, you will need to send FedEx or other carrier to my address to get this and send me a replacement. I went thru the return and I stopped filling it in when you wanted me to agree to pay for both rugs if the defective one is not returned in 30 days.
