The cushion is great. However, the base is absolute garbage. I have no idea how it was determined it was good enough to ship.

Love it! Very cute and more importantly, its soooo comfortable. I slept in it a few times, best naps of my life. Was easy to put together. The frame seems a little cheaply made but it seems sturdy enough so its ok. A few dings in the frame as well when it arrived, but its on the bottom side so I dont care because you cant see it.

Was super easy to assemble and arrived pretty quickly. It's a great size and our lab (dog) loves hanging out in it, with or without us.

The material of the pillow isn't quite what I expected, but the chair is big and great. Very comfortable, almost like a giant cradle, haha

Love wicker type chairs adm this one is bigger than most, it allows for comfy pet cuddles or little kid cuddles.

Not worth the price

Broke after 2-3 months of light use after a few lounges from a careful 220lb man. A few staples slipped out and the bottom frame fell out. Wanted to love it.

I absolutely loved my chair when I first got it, the color is gorgeous, it's so comfortable - the perfect reading chair! But a little over a month later and one of the main support pieces on the "nest" portion is pulling off of a very bent screw, rendering it unusable. I'm so extremely disappointed as this was my favorite place to curl up and relax.

You wont regret it

This chair has been a lifesaver!!! We have 5 kiddos from 2-13...i was worried it wouldnt stand a chance with all the activity it would get...let me tell you it is used HARD and has withstood the kiddos tenfold. Its huge! The color is perfect and cleans up well too!!! Was pricey but oh so worth it

05 stars. For the price you shouldnt have to put zip ties to hold it in place, without the zip ties it flips.

I was very happy to get this item, as I have had the single chair for years.

Love it. The cushion is not quite firm enough as you can feel the slats in the bottom. Not horrible and certainly okay for an occasional chair.

Really upset Ive had this for 3 months and the wood has started snapping in a few areas. I wiegh 130 pounds and im so carful with it. Dont understand how it broke !!! I want a new one:(

Super Comfortable relaxing lounger

Love this papasan chair, the cushion is soft and comfortable. From ordering to shipping and receiving there were no issues at all, very pleased with this purchase. It is used outdoors and has held up nicely through all types of weather.

I bought this style chair from Pier One, years ago. Thinking I would love to have one for my office, I ordered this one. The cushion is as expected but the frame is poor quality. It took months to be delivered and within a month of use, it is broken. BROKEN. Over $600 and it didn't last a month. I went to get up and part of the frame snapped! And no, I'm not overweight. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and I'm so very disappointed!!!

Poor Quality Control

The frame is damaged. The item came very well-packaged. One of the frame rungs on the back is broken in half. There are other scrapes & dings as well. It was such a hassle getting it delivered I didn't bother to report the damage. I would think twice before ordering a large item from International Caravan.

Nice piece but not well crafted for pillow

Overall nice looking piece but the pillow in some spots was sewn with white thread and not all that well done, the papasan we got it navy blue so it stands out.

Im 150 lbs and this broke twice. Customer service does not seem to understand. No help. Stuck with broken furniture. My only guess is it is olden dried out. It is beautiful and comfortable. But what a waste. I have no idea what I can do other than hot glue gun and wrap rope around it but then wont be comfortable

Lounge Seat Broken

Everyone goes straight to sit on this chair. Comfy af and looks good in living room. My sister ended buying a blue one after test driving mine.
