Somewhat dissappointed

This towel warming bar takes at least 20 minutes to warm up in order to get the towels to feel even slightly warm. I have to really remember to turn it on well before shower time to enjoy a warm towel. The temperature that it reaches once switched on is not what I would classify as hot, just luke warm. Would I purchase it again - NO!

Great Product

I have had Amba Jeeves Towel Warmer in my previous house for 13 years. The current one was bought to go into our new house in about 6-9 months.

Jeeves C Straight Hardwired Towel Warmer

Item was received quickly. Finish is beautiful. Warms towels nicely and also provides warmth to the surrounding area. You can feel the warmth from it as you walk past it. Installation requires precise measurements. There is very little room for error with positioning of screws. We love it!

We recently purchased one Amba Towel warmer from onlytowelwarmers.com for our home bath reno. We checked various websites which sold our particular product. None of them had it in stock, all ordered it directly from the manufacturer, which we as consumers can not do. The prices were all almost identical. We purchased ours from onlytowelwarmers.com because their delivery time was far shorter than the other 3 or 4 main sellers. They were also extremely responsive to my email inquiries, unlike most of the others. Michael of OTW.com was very helpful and extremely responsive. The towel warmer arrived direct from the manufacturer within 3 or 4 days as he promised.

Amba Jeeves C Straight

I haven't installed this unit yet, but unless something is terribly wrong with it, I already love it. The spacing is the best I have seen, this is the least expensive unit that is listed on line and it is really well built. Nothing bad to say about it (other than maybe even the least expensive out there is still expensive for a towel warmer) so if you are looking for a great looking well made unit look no further. Plus the shipping was fast and the customer service was quick to respond when I had a question.

Love the Amba!

We ordered the Amba Jeeves Model C towel warmer after lots of research on the internet, including looking at other people's reviews. The product is solid, and of good quality and was fairly easy to install. It gets fairly warm to the touch. The towels are nice and warm when we use them, dry quickly, and the bathroom feels warmer. We would definitely recommend this product and Vintage Tub & Bath. The only issue we had was with the delivery - they left the item at my front door when no one was home. This is not an inexpensive item. Luckily it was there when we got home.

Ordered to Canada

This towel warmer works and looks great. I tried to find it in Canada and it was about double the price and the store phoned the distributor and still would have had to charge me a few hundred more than Vintage Tub had it! So even with shipping and duties to Canada it is a great deal. I also had to return a product that was the wrong finish and it was no problem. I recommend both this towel warmer and Vintage Tub.

Great product

We have enjoyed the towel warmer very much. It takes a little while to warm up but is nice to have a warm towel waiting for you. We just have to remember to turn it off when not in use. There is no indicator to show you it is on other than the heat coming from it.

Great towel warmer!

After doing a lot of research on towel warmers, we decided on this model in white and are very happy with it. We had space restrictions and this was the largest we could fit in. I do wish we could have accommodated one that was wider and longer, so that two towels would fit better on it, but this one has worked well and is wonderful at drying towels and anything else we put on it. It makes the bathroom toasty and is a good value, too, as quality towel warmers can be very expensive. I highly recommend this model in any size!
