It is a nice carpet, but thinner than I expected. Overall it should be ok for me.

I LOVE this rug! I initially ordered runners for my kitchen and a 5x7 for my mudroom in the blue/cream. The colors are beautiful, cream with muted blues and a touch of green. Far nicer than the picture on the website. I have since ordered two more runners for other hallways in my house and another 5x7 for my foyer in the grey/blue. The colors are almost the same but reversed. I have not washed them yet, but my precious experience with machine washable rugs from Home Depot has been positive so I think they will wash fine. With a large dog and two long-haired kitties, they are holding up nicely. I’m even thinking about one for my dining room.

[Rewarded Review] Classy & Easy to Clean

I ordered the Pavel Blue/Cream 5 ft. x 8 ft. Distressed Medallion Low-Pile Machine for my newborn son to play on. With it being a washable area rug, I thought it would be easy to keep clean. My floors are LVP so it slips too easily, so I recommend purchasing a non-slip rug to go underneath. The fabric feels great and it’s so classy too. It goes very well against my grey floors. I really love this product and I highly recommend it.

Let me just start off by saying that the fact that you can put this in a washing machine is not only amazing but also mind blowing… i personally I would say every month or two take it to a laundromat where you can use the Big double load size machines. I’m pretty sure I would clean it better than your regular model at home.
